Tutto ben organizzato, molto pulito, confortevole negli spazi e nelle piccole cose messe a disposizione e non scontate (cialde caffè, sapone mani, detersivo lavastoviglie, detersivo piatti e detersivo lavatrice) tutti i componenti perfettamente puliti, aria condizionata funzionante e fresca non maleodorante.
I cuscini per dormire non sono comodi, troppo piccoli alti e duri.

Просторно, удобно для семьи с маленьким ребёнком. Эргономично, нет ничего лишнего. Продуктовый магазин соседняя дверь с улицы. В 5 минутах парк Гуливер. Центр 20 минут пешком.
Шум от машин с утра. Подушки неудобные.

The apartment itself is nice. Has everything that you need.
The check-in procedure was terrible. No replies to messages on booking.com and complicated check-in process. I think we had about 8 calls with different people in total (also because the flight was delayed) before we could actually check in. It would be so much better for everyone if they just arranged a self-check-in option. Also, communication among people in the office seems poor. Regarding the apartment: everything is great, but the pillows might be the worst we've ever had. And the washing machine had a lot of hair in it, maybe the cleaners missed that one. Besides that, this place is recommendable
