Clean and good value

Very clean apartment, everything you need for a short stay and met our expectations. Great shower, good working kitchen with everything you need if you did want to eat in (we didn't). Loads of towels and washing up bundle on arrival to help clean up etc. Location is close enough to everything.

Pillows were a bit hard and would have preferred curtains to pull back a bit more to let more natural light in, as it was a ground floor apartment.

Great Location

Location is great for us as we are visiting family. This is our second time staying with this host. I really like the check in process and the code for the door - no keys!

Pillows are a bit too hard. My husband thought the bed was too hard. However I slept well.

Modern, comfortable and great place to stay for Valencia. Great location.

Really great stay. Very modern and clean studio with all the necessary facilities. Overlooking a green area, so it was relatively quiet at night. The kitchen was good, though the only thing that was missing was a chopping board! Great beds and nice space. Bathroom was great as well. There was a washing machine and dryer outside the room, though I wasn't sure if we could use it! Overall very happy with my stay, good proximity to the beach and not far from the centre either. Highly recommend if you're visiting Valencia. The key system is fabulous as well. You are sent a link to an app where it allows you to unlock the door from your phone. Very convenient.

Kitchen didn't have a chopping board which was annoying but other than that the kitchen was great. The knives were sharp as well. Good fridge. The TV was good as well.

Some sound proofing would help as heard noise from upstairs (walking in hard floors and water running/toilet). Some softer pillows.

There was someone there to meet us. We were lucky to get room that didn't open out onto street like most of the other ones

The room had a window looking out on a disused courtyard. There were very heavy bars on the window which would not have been able to be opened if there had been a fire.

Very good location & studio

Very good location, airconditioning was very welcome to have in the hot weather. Very clean studio & easy check-in. Enough linen available & a fully equipped kitchen. I liked being able to access with a code instead of a key (no risk of losing it).

The lid of the bin was broken upon arrival, no salt/pepper/spices for cooking. Little natural light, but no big problems

Experiencia lamentable

La ubicación.

Una Experiencia Lamentable: Cuna en Mal Estado y Trato Deficiente. una experiencia lamentable. Fuimos con nuestro bebé de 9 meses, por lo que pedimos al alojamiento una cuna y y nos dieron una. El último día cuando nos íbamos, vi que el colchón de la cuna, que había estado cubierto por las sábanas, estaba en un estado lamentable, lleno de manchas negras que normalmente se deben a moho o ácaros en el colchón. Me parece algo completamente desconsiderado, sobre todo sabiendo que va a dormir ahí un bebé. Aparte de esto el trato del personal ha sido muy deficiente, porque antes de saber nada del estado del colchón, habíamos pedido, una manta desde el primer día para la cuna del bebé, ya que hacía algo de frío en estas fechas y no nos han dado nada durante las tres noches que hemos pasado ahí. Lo máximo que hicieron fue ofrecernos una sábana para cama de matrimonio, que es una solución absolutamente inútil.

Dieron acceso por error a otra persona a mi apartamento. Al solucionarlo me dieron acceso a mi a otro distinto…finalmente parece que lo arreglaron. El montacargas no funcionaba por lo que subir y bajar los escalones con un carro de bebé fue complicado

Ottimo! Ci tornerei

È molto semplice, elegante e funzionale. Offre un angolo cucina molto attrezzato, compreso microonde, ferro da stiro e sapone in bagno. La posizione è molto buona, sono presenti negozi per prendere da mangiare nelle vicinanze e anche posti per mangiare. Molto comodo anche per prendere l’autobus.

Manca la scopa!! Per quanto la struttura sia molto pulita, in una settimana è naturale che si sporchi, sarebbe comodo avere una scopa a disposizione.

Peccato, con qualche attenzione in più sarebbe stato tutto perfetto

Posizione comoda per raggiungere le varie attrazioni della città, appartamento ben arredato e comodo per una famiglia con bambini. Possibilità di avere il seggiolone per bambini gratis.

Ho prenotato l'appartamento con un letto matrimoniale e un divano letto per 4 persone, due adulti e due bambini (3 anni e 7 mesi) fornendo alla struttura i documenti di tutti. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato solo 2 asciugamani grossi e 2 piccoli, lenzuola solo per il letto matrimoniale e condizionatore acceso sull'aria calda senza possibilità di spegnerlo in quanto il telecomando era rotto. Fortunatamente in un'ora circa ci sono stati forniti altri asciugamani, lenzuola e un nuovo telecomando. Più tardi ci siamo accorti che lo scarico del lavandino del bagno era lentissimo, in poco tempo si riempiva completamente. Ho chiesto nuovamente assistenza ma non si è presentato nessuno, neanche i giorni successivi (abbiamo alloggiato per 5 giorni, da venerdì a mercoledì).

J'ai séjourné dans la chambre numéro 1. Il n était pas précisé dans l annonce ni les photos que cette chambre donnait sur la rue. La porte et la fenêtre donnent directement sur le trottoir d une avenue avec beaucoup de passage et de traffic. C était très bruyant et je n ai pas pu dormir. J' ai contacté l établissement qui n avait malheureusement pas d autre chambre disponible.

Was netjes en werd goed geholpen het personeel was heel behulpzaam. Het deursysteem is heel handig en het appartement is zeer netjes.Ik raad iedereen aan om hier te overnachten en de locatie is top goed centraal gelegen in een leuke buurt vol met leuke eettentjes.

We hadden niets wat ons niet beviel maar om toch iets van feedback te geven dat de accomodatie even voorzien moet worden met een stoffer en blik en een bezem en iets meer schoonmaak benodigdheden om het zelf een beetje netjes te kunnen houden maar staat in het niets hoe geweldig dit appartement is en hoe behulpzaam het personeel is . Hartstikke bedankt voor de goede zorgen!

Appartamento nuovo e tenuto benissimo. Bagno moderno. Abbiamo apprezzato molto il lettino gratuito e bagnoschiuma e prodotti da cucina compresi nell alloggio.

Essendo direttamente sulla strada sentivi un po’ di rumore, ma niente di così tragico. I cuscini troppi alti e duri, abbiamo dormito con i due cuscini piccoli del divano, molto più comodi. Doterei la camera di più carta igienica.
