Alcam Arte Ciencia

We had an overall decent stay at Alcam Arte Ciencia. The apartment itself is quite spacious, with two bedrooms, a living area, and a fully equipped kitchen. The air‑conditioning, WiFi, and washing machine were all useful touches, and the building’s elevator made access easy especially for my ederly 80 year old mother. The location is good, we found the apartment to be clean and had cleaners come weekly to clean as we were staying there for almost 3 months. Check‑in was straightforward, it is worth noting and you need to have phone service to access a link/app on your phone to unlock the door from the street and the apartment door. Overall, it’s a reasonable option if you’re looking for a simple, spacious apartment in a convenient part of Valencia. I want to give a special mention to the Property Managers as they were very helpful and responsive when we had a couple of issues aswell as the cleaners who came and did an excellent job during our long stay.

The beds are NOT comfortable and need replacing. The owner should provide a vaccum cleaner - not just a broom. The amount of dust that comes in from the windows is alot and we had to keep constantly sweeping the floors on holidays.

Furniture is very dated, and so are the pillows. A lot of the lights don't work. Even though we said we'd pick up the key at 4pm, they weren't there and we had to come back later.
