València is a beautiful city with plenty to occupy you for a short city break.

Tidy, comfortable beds, good showers but the water was very hot so you had to be careful. Well equipped for a short city break but lack of oven might be an issue for longer stays.

Lack of comfortable seating. The sofa bed was broken and sagged badly and the only other seating was hard kitchen chairs. This apartment was on 4th floor of building with no lift - was not advised of this until we arrived - this would be a problem for guest with health or mobility issues. There was no information pack giving details of Wi-Fi code, how to use appliances, local amenities etc. A small welcome pack containing say a carton of milk, coffee, tea and sugar would be nice until guests found a local supermarket. With a few tweaks this would be an excellent apartment for short city breaks but not for anyone with mobility issues.

Surprisingly nice

The Block the apartments are in look very old fashion and run down, but they have made a lovely job with the apartment itself. The apartment itself was really nice, three bedrooms, plenty of beds to acomodate up to 7-8 people if you include the sofa bed. Beds and bedding clean and very comfortable. Good working Air-con and fan, which is a must in the Spanish Summer. All kitchen goods in good condition and lovely clean. Basically, everything there that you need and more. And I got to say that the reception lady messaged Us daily to check in on Us to make sure everything was OK, which was nice, and there was no need to drop the keys off on the day you leave, they were left on the kitchen table, which again, was a Bonus.

We were not impressed when we found out on the day of arrival that our apartment was on the 4th floor and there was NO LIFT, and that it took Us nearly an hour to get to the reception to collect the keys and back to the apartment. But the rest was OK

should be advertised as being on 4th floor with no lift - extremely difficult with luggage or for elderly; front entrance door key from the street just did not work (new key recut from master and not cut properly) - we had to rely on one of our party not going out or on randoms opening the door for us; no supermarkets close by

The air conditiiner did not work good. There should be a fence in the windows especially it is in the 4th floor and it could be dangerous for children. There were small cockroaches in the appartments!!! It was a very unpleasent stay at the appartment

Cuarto piso sin ascensor. Mal.

Que tuviera dos baños y el colchón de la cama doble.

Que es un cuarto piso sin ascensor y que no estuviese anunciado en la web. Además, el portero automático no funcionaba y había que bajar a abrir desde un cuarto piso. El salón-cocina es muy pequeño para las personas que se pueden alojar. El sofá estaba roto, es incómodo y solo caben 2 personas. No había jabón en los expendedores de las duchas. El portal estaba muy sucio.

Appartamento sconsigliato alle famiglie con bambini piccoli

L'appartamento era abbastanza grande, e posizionato vicinissimo alle fermate del pullman e non troppo distante dalla fermata della metropolitana. Abbiamo trovato l'appartamento pulito

Nell'annuncio non è specificato in alcun modo che mancava l'ascensore. E l'appartamento si trova al quarto piano di un condominio tra l'altro molto sporco. 4 piani con 3 bambini, passeggino e valige pesanti. Mancavano inoltre le forchette 4 ed i piatti fondi 3 ed alcune dotazioni base della cucina. Il letto matrimoniale non aveva il coprimaterasso ma solo un lenzuolo piccolo e si finiva a dormire sempre sul materasso. non c'era disponibilità della culla nonostante me lo avessero chiesto con una mail. non c'era nemmenoil seggiolino. il phon se messo al massimo saltava. mancava anche il bidet.
