The spaciousness and the privacy between the two bedrooms. The courtyard was very pretty but sadly we couldn’t use that due to the wet weather.
The fact we couldn’t use the main door and had to go in and out of the property through my parents bedroom meaning we couldn’t leave till they where up and dressed and we couldn’t stay out late if they wanted to sleep.

Al estar a piso llano y tener patio nos permitió guardar ahí las bicicletas y movernos por Valencia en bici con total comodidad. La luminosidad y la hubicación también fueron claves. Cocina y 2 baños muy útiles.
La puerta de la habitación del fondo no llegaba a cerrar. Se saltó el automático un par de veces por el uso simultáneo del lavavajillas, aire climatizado y otro electrodoméstico. El colchón del sofá cama está demasiado usado, resulta incómodo para dormir.
