Avoid this mouldy place!

Although close to the city center, it is actually a horrible place.

Avoid this place! The worst place I have ever been through booking. Strong and disturbing smell of mould, which gets into your clothes and hair. A lot of bug traps suggesting a serious problem. The place feels like a mouldy basement, although it is groundfloor and windows cannot or can barely be opened. The beds in the small room too short for adults.

Economically with compromises

We had heating option.

It is a place for 4, but was sold for 6 persons. No privacy and no cupboards for those who has to sleep in the diner. Not even enough bedclothes. Not working door handle in the bathroom. Poor dinnerware. No coat hanger. Rooms without opportunity to ventilate. Sparking lamp on the wall.

The location was excellent for the city centre and park but very quiet. The property was clean and they provided everything we could have needed.

Disappointing

- close to the city center

- the apartment is located in the basement of an old building with almost no natural light - there is an unbearable smell everywhere because of the moisture and the mold - there is no soundproof in any of the rooms. You can actually hear everything your neighbors are doing. - the second bedroom is very small (maybe more suitable for kids) and it has an opening on the inside wall so you have no privacy. - one of the doors was almost broken. Every time you open it it will make a very loud noise (that will wake up anyone for sure) - the bathrooms are pretty small

Great location, good size for our family (3 people), good communication with the host.

We spent there 10 nights - the lack of the daylight, no view, too dark spaceces, it was not possible to open the window and breathe fresh air - 10 days is quite long time for that. My husbend is alergic, he has breathing problems in the house.

Very good & complete apartment in a good location !

Great location at old portion of city center nearby (walking distance) of all major visiting areas ! Check in was easy, good communication, and Betty was extremely supportive during our visit, including a welcome fruit & candies selection, very appreciated :). Apartment has everything that we needed, including coffee capsules, and cleaning products, among others. Very safe and quiet location, and nearby markets, metro, restaurants, etc. Very good beds, towels and linens, outstanding cleaning ! Really recommend this place for your visit to Valencia !

Shower space is limited if you are above 1,75m high. Also, once you are in old downtown, there is no gas for water heating, it is through electricity (a boiler with around 50 liters), so take a quick shower if you are more than a couple, otherwise water will get cold (we visited during the winter time). Both did not disturb our stay, but it is good to know.

Bene la posizione... ma il resto... no!

La posizione e la gentilezza dei ragazzi che si occupano della struttura sono ottimi. In particolar modo la sua ubicazione è top, comoda per raggiungere tutto. Lenzuola e asciugamani pulite. Molto gentile far trovare un pó di frutta, patatine e dell'acqua nella casa quando si arriva . WiFi eccellente.

L'odore di muffa appena si entra è molto pesante, questa è un pó ovunque muri e pareti in giro per la casa.. La pulizia dei condizionatori è pietosa, andrebbero puliti e sanificati piu spesso. Lo scarico del bagno all'ingresso è semi funzionante ( a volte resta in scarico). Le ante della cucina sono mezze rotte. Il bidone della spazzatura è pessimo. Nel bagno principale l'impianto elettrico delle luci è pericoloso, fili semiscoperti vicino l'acqua. Meglio non aprire le finestre, sono molto difficili da chiudere. Solo poco prima dell'arrivo mi sono state comunicate le tariffe per il check in dopo mezzanotte ( purtroppo l'aereo ha fatto 4 ore di ritardo e siamo arrivati alle 2) e queste sono molto salate, 50 euro, ho chiesto la fattura per poter chiedere un rimborso alla compagnia aerea e non mi è stata mai mandata. Ci vorrebbe piu trasparenza su queste cose da parte dei proprietari, basta scriverlo nell'annuncio così i clienti sono consapevoli.

Alojamiento incomodo y nada recomendable

La ubicación, y el trato de la casera.

Nuestra experiencia fue muy negativa y no recomendamos este alojamiento. • La casa tenía un olor a humedad constante, manchas en las paredes y los suelos de madera hinchados y vencidos. • El baño se atascaba casi a diario, con riesgo de inundarse. Además, las puertas estaban hinchadas y no cerraban, lo que impedía tener privacidad. • La limpieza brillaba por su ausencia: paredes con manchas amarillas, suciedad acumulada, telarañas e insectos en varios rincones. • Desde las ventanas solo se veía un patio descuidado y sucio, lo que hacía aún más desagradable la estancia. • Había una cámara en el interior. Aunque se nos dijo que estaba desactivada, genera desconfianza e inseguridad. • El mobiliario resultaba incómodo, las camas y almohadas húmedas, y en general todo muy poco habitable. • La puerta de entrada tampoco transmitía seguridad. Agradecemos el detalle de bienvenida que nos dejaron, pero no compensa la mala experiencia.

Muy buen recibimiento de Betty con unas botellas de agua, fruta, patatas y gominolas. Lo mejor fue el cheking ya que al final nos tardamos un poco pero llegamos a tiempo y gracias a Betty no tuvimos problema. Zonas céntrica para poder visitar el centro de valencia.

- Es como estar en un sotano sin luz natural - Ventanas q dan a patio interior mugriento con lo q da asco abrirlas para q entre el aire o ventilar. - Humedad - Balcon y ventanas sucias - Pone 2 baños y es un baño y un aseo - El dormitorio con camas individuales es de las q se sacan y hay q saltar por encima del otro para poder salir de la habitación. Es como una habitación para q duerman dos niños - Campana extractora da calambre. - Aseo se qdaba sin agua por la noche. - Y todo esto por el módico precio de 431,44€ dos noches!!!

La posizione ottima, vicino al Turia e al centro storico. La disponibilità al check-in anticipato

Le scale non sono adatte a tutti, mi riferisco soprattutto ad anziani e bambini. Il bagno del piano terra è troppo piccolo. Il bagno al primo piano aveva il bidet che perdeva, subito segnalato ci è stato proposto un intervento la mattina successiva ma poi è stato annullato l'intervento: problema non risolto e mezza giornata di vacanza persa. Inoltre la vasca non pulita bene. Vengono "vendute" una camera matrimoniale e una doppia ma la camera doppia è invece una stanza singola pure piccola: se si apre il secondo letto non rimane nemmeno una mattonella libera.

Appartamento posizionato alle spalle dei giardini Turia e a 10 minuti a piedi dalla cattedrale e dalla metro. La posizione è ottima per spostarsi comodamente. I letti sono comodi e confortevoli. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile

L'appartamento si trova nel centro storico e la struttura è fatiscente. Le finestre e i balconi faticano ad aprirsi. Purtroppo quando siamo stati noi a Valencia il tempo non è stato dei migliori e pioveva in casa a causa di alcune fessure presenti nel disimpegno. Acqua calda limitata.
