Apartamento Alameda

Die Wohnung ist so schön wie auf den Bildern. Die Lage ist optimal, man kann zu Fuß in die Innenstadt laufen oder man nutzt die öffentlichen, Bushaltstelle vor der Haustür, Metro-Haltestelle ca. 600 m. Die Metro L5 fährt vom Flughafen direkt ohne umsteigen zur Station Arago, sehr praktisch. Veronica haben wir nicht persönlich kennengelernt, sie ist aber jederzeit über die Nachrichten erreichbar. Der Checkin erfolgte elektronisch, hat alles bestens funktioniert, die Schlüssel liegen dann in der Wohnung. Alle Fenster und Balkon/Terrasse liegen zum Innenhof, ein großer Vorteil, da die Straße vor dem Haus stark befahren ist. Zur Begrüßung gibt es eine Flasche Wasser im Kühlschrank, ein toller Service. Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist fußläufig erreichbar. Die Küche erschien uns gut ausgestattet, wir haben aber außer für Kaffee und eine kleine Brotzeit nicht viel gebraucht.

Limited TV channels. Needs s bit of minor maintenance in a few places like s couple of cupboard doors need repairing. Parking for longer stays awkward but manageable

We (family with a small child) stayed at the apartment for a week. We found it very comfortable. It was very well equipped, clean, with good location close to a metro station and 5min walk to the Turia park. The builidng is located on a main street but the flat is facing the inner courtyard and is very quiet. There are supermarkets and bike rental places very close to the flat. The communication with the hosts was very smooth and quick, they also gave us some useful information for the city. Overall very nice accommodation which we would vist again if coming to Valencia.

The double bed was on the soft side for our liking. The aircons were causing some vibrations and unpleasant noise coming from the windows. This wasn't a big issue since we didn't use them at night.
