Good Apartment. Clean Rooms. Good Location.

- The Location is very good. Very close to metro and bus stops. - The apartment was very clean and in good condition. Very well maintained. - The apartment has all the basic amenities required. - The locking system is through app so requires no keys.

- This is specifically not related to the apartment but mainly related to management/host. The back story is that I booked my apartment initially for 3nights Sat(Check-in)- Tue(Check-out). But due to flights issue I wanted to change dates to Sun(Check-in)- Wed(Check-out). Booking.com did show the availability, so I raised request for date change which was rejected. But it was strange that the owner allowed for date extension but did not allow date change. So eventually I had to extend my stay to Sat(Check-in)- Wed(Check-out). As the apartment was available I really wish that owner should have been a bit flexible on date change.

definitely improvable, not suitable for more than two people

The single beds were comfortable, the location was also convenient and there was a large TV.

The lack of any comforts, the apartment was smaller than it appears in the photos. Despite my attempts, I couldn't use the induction hob. The sofa bed was quite uncomfortable. There was no rug at the entrance to wipe our shoes (it rained the first few days, and we made a mess everywhere). The apartment is not suitable for more than two people.

Nice little apartment had everything you would need

Needed to buy extra toilet paper and clothes detergent, one cupboard was slightly broken. The app to open the door was also sometimes a bit slow and wouldn't work well on one of our phones.

I'd pay more for better comfort

during your stay you have to keep your phone charged as the only way to access the room is through a phone app. Also there is no natural sunshine (windows are blurred). All(or some) rooms are at the bottom level facing the sidewalk (you can t keep the windows open). The sofa in apartment 9 is uncomfortable. The complex support don't speak English (I was writing them in English and they replied me back in Spanish)

la ubicación, el confort y la limpieza estaba todo impecable

que la cocina esté equipada con al menos azucar, sal, té o café, solo tenía lo basico. la cerradura era muy moderna, no habia llaves ni codigos. tuve que descargar una app y con eso abria y cerraba la puerta. importante no olvidar tener siempre bateria en el movil :)

Posizione centrale e struttura con arredamenti nuovi.

Siamo stati presi di mira da un gruppo di persone che ci hanno molestati per tutta la notte tirando calci e pugni alla vetrata del nostro appartamento. Ho chiamato la polizia 2 volte ma non è arrivato nessuno, polizia di Valencia Pessima. Sono stato costretto a dormire con il coltello davanti la porta perche cercavano di entrare in camera. Climatizzatore sottodimensionato per la grandezza della stanza, faceva freddo e non riusciva a scaldare.

Comodidad y limpieza como en casa.

Estaba muy limpio. Todo muy bien dispuesto y cómodo. Las almohadas muy cómodas, enhorabuena, porque no suele ser habitual. El colchón también súper cómodo. Nos gustó mucho todo, baño, cocina, habitación. Cerca de las paradas de bus y de metro, y con muchos supermercados al rededor. Volveremos sin duda.

La potencia del microondas, eran pocos Watios, pero calentamos las cosas en la cazuela, así que sin problema.

Super lokalizacja, blisko sklepy, kawiarnie i przystanek autobusowy do centrum. Apartament czyściutki i zadbany. Bardzo wygodne zarówno łóżko, jak i kanapa do spania. Jest żelazko, przybory kuchenne - super wyposażony. Wejście na aplikacje jest dobrym rozwiązaniem.

-3 za: brak czajnika, w apartamencie było bardzo zimno (klima na full nie dawała rady) grudzień, zdecydowanie za mało papieru w łazience.

El apartamento estaba muy limpio y no le faltaba de nada. La cama era muy cómoda y el apartamento estaba bien aislado, no se oye ruido a pesar de estar a pie de calle. Estaba todo muy limpio.

El aire acondicionado estaba roto, a pesar de que funcionaba, producía muchísimo ruido cada vez que arrancaba. Eso producía vibraciones en la rejilla enorme que daba a la calle y fue muy molesto sobre todo para dormir.

Perfetto in ogni aspetto!

La struttura è innanzitutto ben posizionata. Si può raggiungere qualsiasi luogo di maggior interesse con semplicità tramite mezzi o addirittura a piedi. Per arrivare all’Oceanografic, per esempio, ci sono soltanto 20 minuti a piedi, durante i quali puoi ammirare la bellezza di Valencia. Oltre ciò è ben fornita di tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno per un soggiorno, come per esempio asciugamani, lenzuola, phone,… . Proprietari molto gentili nell’essere subito pronti a rispondere sull’app per qualsiasi dubbio, in tempi brevi. Struttura pulita e con accesso automatico tramite app telefonica molto molto utile, togliendoti la “bega” delle chiavi, che potresti perdere. Dovessi tornare a Valencia sicuramente tornerò qui, bello esteticamente, super funzionale e posizione perfetta.

Apartament mial niby 30 m kw ale był malutki . Naprawde tylko spać i wychodzić. Na wode ciepła trzeba czekac kilka minut zanim zacznie lecieć. Ale chce podkreślić ze jezeli ktos podróżuje we 2 osoby to naprawde bardzo dobry apartament.

Relación calidad-precio correcto

Nos gustó bastante el sistema de check-in; lo hicimos online y te facilitan una app para poder desbloquear la puerta, por lo que no hace falta ir a ningún lado a recoger ni entregar nada. La situación del apartamento a la ciudad de las artes ideal. Se llega perfectamente andando. Buena comunicación también con transporte público. A pesar de no disponer de aparcamiento, se puede aparcar fácilmente alrededor. Los apartamentos se ven bastante nuevos.

Al ser locales a pie de calle tuvimos algún inconvente que no habíamos valorado antes y es que un día nos encontramos que unos adolescentes no dejaban de pasar con el patinete y pegar golpetazos a drede en el cristal. Por supuesto, no es culpa ni del apartamento en sí, ni de la empresa que lo gestiona, pero fue un punto en contra, teniendo en cuenta que además, íbamos con niños pequeños. También echamos en falta algo más de ropa de cama de abrigo. Usando la cama y el sofá cama, que solamente hubiera una colcha finita nos pareció insuficiente. La limpieza, aunque correcta, mejorable.

Super ubytování blízko do centra města, klidná lokalita, samoobslužný způsob ubytování, super komunikace s majitelem, všude čisto a uklizeno. V pokoji nám byla v noci zima, majitel ihned zajistil deky. Reagoval na všechny naše dotazy okamžitě.

Vsechno bylo v poradku, libilo se nam. Jen v kuchyňce jsme postrádali varnou konvici. Ale nebyl problém si vodu na čaj ohřát v hrnci.

Mancavano certi mobili essenziali per cucinare, dal bagno emanava un odore di fogna, chiassa dalla strada e le case accanto. Non si può far adeguare l’area perché le finestre danno solo sulla strada e la gente passa, quindi può guardare dentro l’appartamento.

Rewelacyjny pobyt w apartamencie! Nasz pobyt w tym apartamencie był naprawdę udany. Lokalizacja jest bezkonkurencyjna – wszystkie najważniejsze atrakcje do zwiedzania nie daleko zwłaszcza centrum sztuki nauki i oceanarium 15 minut od obiekty. Sklepy, restauracje i komunikacja miejska są w zasięgu ręki. Nie musieliśmy martwić się o dojazdy, co bardzo ułatwiło nam zwiedzanie miasta. Warto kupić sobie kartę SUMA 10 A+B na dojazd z lotniska w tym 10 przejazdów, metro, autobus. Apartament był nieskazitelnie czysty, a jego wielkość okazała się idealna dla naszych potrzeb. Znaleźliśmy w nim wszystko, czego potrzebowaliśmy, a wyposażenie było w pełni satysfakcjonujące. Zdecydowanie polecamy to miejsce każdemu, kto szuka komfortowego i dogodnie położonego zakwaterowania

El apartamento estaba bien. Camas y sofá cómodas. Baño grande. Fácil aparcar, un poco retirado de la playa, tienes que ir con el coche o en bus. Sitio tranquilo.

Que no podías abrir la ventana por las noches, aunque tenías a/a pero no era plan de dejarlo funcionando por la noche. Y que no pudimos entrar hasta las 14:25 por no estar hecha la limpieza del apartamento.

Appartamento pulito e spazioso

L'appartamento era molto pulito e più grande di come immaginavo dalle foto. In 3/4 persone si stava bene. Il bagno molto spazioso dotato di phon, carta igienica e bagnoschiuma. Posizione vicina alla strada principale e alle fermate dei bus/taxi.

L'applicazione per aprire la porta su alcuni cellulari non funzionava. Non so se dovuto al tipo di operatore o ad altro ma solo una del gruppo riusciva a chiudere e ad aprire la porta.

Unas buenas vacaciones y estancia

Apartamento muy limpio y cómodo para varios días.Cama cómoda, sofá cama también para ser un sofá cama.Ubicacion: teniendo en cuenta que nos gusta caminar, está andando a 15 min.del oceanografic y la ciudad de las ciencias.A 40 minutos andando del casco histórico de Valencia (además dando un buen paseo por los jardines del Turia)a 30 minutos de la playa.Aun así detrás de la plaza de los apartamentos hay parada de autobús (en concreto el 4) que va al centro.Nos ha gustado todo.Volveremos para seguir visitando está bonita ciudad.El tema de la llave en la app a nosotros nos ha resultado muy practico porque nos ha funcionado bien pero a unos chicos italianos que entraban a un apartamento, cuándo salíamos nosotros, les estaba dando problemas la aplicación. Nosotros bien ,así se olvida uno de estar pendiente de llaves .Ah! y una última cosa, pudimos aparcar bien cerca del apartamento y no movimos el coche en los cinco días.

Es verdad que vi en los comentarios que olía un poco a bajantes el baño pero debe ser algo de la red de alcantarillados en general porque en el centro de Valencia había muchas calles con un olor parecido.Manteniendo el baño cerrado no hay problema.
