Great location and good potential, but comfort and maintenance issues affected the overall experience.

Excellent location between the city centre and Turia Park, easy to reach everything on foot. Good public transport connections and generally suitable space for a group stay.

High humidity and visible damp on the mezzanine sleeping area, which made it uncomfortable to use. Water spills out of the walk-in shower, toilet flush buttons are partially not working, and only one towel per person was provided for a four-day stay.

Great price and a Great place to stay :)

The appartment has a great location 1 minute from the bus stop. Walking distance from a great Museum of Science, Hemisferik and Oceanografik. Supermarkets, Farmacy, Cafeteria 5 minutes from the apartment. The apartment was very comfortable, clean and cozy. There is everything in the kitchen for cooking and service. The hostess was very nice and helpful for all we asked. Great place to stay :)

Great apartment to stay in Valencia

We loved our stay at this apartment in Valencia. Everything was very clean, new and the apartment had everything we needed. The hostess, Carolina, was extremely kind and responsive and never tired of helping us with all our concerns or needs. The location is excellent. It is a 10-minutes walk to the City of Arts and Sciences, 20-minutes walk to the city center and best of all, a 10-minutes bus ride to the beach with busses stopping right in front of the house. Also, by bicycle you can perfectly explore the city from here. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

El trato de la anfitriona fue fantástico. Cercana y con una maravillosa atención a cualquier de las necesidades por nuestra parte. El apartamento tiene parada de bus que nos llevó a la playa de la Malvarrosa. Muy buena situación para ir a la Ciudad de las Artes y las ciencias. Tiene servicios de restauración y supermercados cerca. Usamos el sillón cama y es confortable. 100% recomendable para parejas y familias.

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour. Du self-checkin au checkout. L'appartement est super joli, les lits confortables et la vaissele originale. L'appartement est proche de plage et de toutes les comodites. Nous avions oublié une sacoche et Carolina nous l'a fait parvenir par courrier. Quelle gentillesse et bienveillance. Merci Carolina 🙏🏻.

Très bon rapport qualité prix

L'Hôte était très réactive, très simple pour récupérer les clés. On est à proximité de la ligne de bus qui va à la plage, ainsi que de différents supermachés. La cité des sciences est à côté à pied aussi. L'appart était très propre, la salle de bain agréable.

Très peu de pastille pour machine à laver et vaisselle. Dommage que la machine à laver soit dans l'autre bâtiment. Manque de rangement pour trois, le canapé est pas grand mais on s'est adapté.

Que se escuchan las pisadas del perrito de arriba...para los que escuchamos todo es imposible no escucharlas, pero tampoco es todo el tiempo, se tolera bastante bien. Y una recomendación: es colocar alguna alfombra de caucho en el piso del baño, y un soporte de pared, porque casi me resbale con el shampoo en el piso, es algo resbaloso, les recomiendo hasta por prevención con algún otro huésped.

Ottima soluzione per un soggiorno confortevole!

Soggiorno molto piacevole in un appartamento appena ristrutturato Abbiamo soggiornato in 4 adulti per 3 notti e ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene. L'appartamento era pulito, ben tenuto e recentemente ristrutturato, con ambienti curati e funzionali. Dotato di tutto il necessario per cucinare (stoviglie, padelle, bollitore, macchina del caffè, ecc.) con lavastoviglie e per il bucato, grazie alla lavatrice e all’asciugatrice. I letti erano comodi e gli spazi ben organizzati. Il bagno è ampio, con una doccia davvero grande. Molto apprezzata anche la fornitura di asciugamani e phon per capelli. Consigliatissimo!

Un paio di suggerimenti: sarebbe utile aggiungere dei comodini accanto al letto matrimoniale nel soppalco e un asciughino per la cucina. Per il resto consigliatissimo!

Limpieza y amabilidad

Las instalaciones son nuevisimas y todo está limpio. Carolina ha sido increíblemente amable con nosotras y nos ha ayudando en todo lo que ha podido. Hay 2 baños completamente equipajados, lo cual es muy cómodo ya que eramos 5 chicas finalmente. El sofá cama es muy cómodo también (es una sofá cama a la Italiana con un colchón y todo).

Tal vez el sitio no está totalmente cerca del centro (depende de cuanto uno quiera andar), pero está muy cerca de la ciudad de las artes y de la ciencia (unos 20 min andando) y en un buen barrio.
