Enough room for a family with 2 Kids, clean and nicely furnished
It was on a ground floor facing a street, it requires some time to adapt and it gets a bit loud mornings when kids going to the nearby school

La verdad que todo fue perfecto. Es tal como indican en las fotos ,la ubicación es perfecta para ver la ciudad de las artes y ciencias está cerca. Aparcamiento en los alrededores sin problema y hay bares, restaurantes supermercados en los alrededores. Él apartamento pequeño pero bonito ,ordenado y limpio. Es un bajo pero es seguro y mantiene la privacidad ya que la entrada es una cristalera pero opaca que no te ven desde fuera. La entrada es con aplicación con indicaciones claras y muy bien explicadas. Sin duda si vuelvo a Valencia lo volveré a solicitar.
Le falta un horno con vitrocerámica, que para estancias largas si que se puede echar en falta.

Location of the room. Everything is in a walking distance, well connected over public transfer. Also, lots of shopping centers nearby. Gulliver park is awesome if you are traveling with the kids.
Room is actually a former store, "remodeled" to be a room. It was really, really cold, even with the provided additional heating element. System for unlocking of the room is quite slow.
