The apartment was spacious, clean, and well located. The check in process was smooth and convenient, and overall it was a comfortable stay. The apartment had a good amount of space and worked very well for my short stay in Valencia.
The furniture could be improved and updated in some areas. Also, the bathroom layout could be more practical, and a sliding bathroom door might work better for the space.

The access to the apartment it is via code (received in time in the access information), they have a great electronic system in front of the doors so you have no key (to take care of, or to share with the partner). The furniture is all new and in a modern style.
Very quiet and good location - 5min away of ART area (Oceanographic) and good connection with buses to everywhere. Supermarket 3minutes away. The apartment is perfect for 2persones + maximum 1 child.
Very smart and easy for everybody! Pay attention that there is no balcony/terrace ( I get the Z apartment, so no balcony/terrace).
You need to buy your own coffee, salt + paper, oil, and tissues. I want to mention that they provided one bottle of water and 2 capsules of coffee. I do appreciate what we received, but it is quite less than expected for the price and the style of the accommodation - which are very good. The coffee is very important for me and even if it is not a big deal, you can obtain 10+ having it or 9,5 missing it. And I would add a mirror on the wall.

Хороше розташування біля парку та опери. Відносно чисте та укомплектоване приміщення.
Ліжко для дитини коштує 20 євро. Вперше заплатив за це. І моя думка, що за платне ліжко має бути перевищення очікувань. Натомість питання з ліжком ми вирішували 3 години! Приходили 2 співробітники, які приносили нам старі, поламані та брудні ліжка В КОМАХАХ. Для Дитини ліжко як для пса! Так, принесли нове, але це забрало купу часу та нервів. Нам легше було купити те ліжко самим!
Комунікація з персоналом, підписання декількох версій договорів на сайті та в паперовому форматі, вирішення питання з ліжком за доплату - все це зіпсувало нашу подорож.
