The pool is communal, so it has neighbours, you can not do any disturbing activity or noise.

If you lose the house keys or the garage door opener, you may be charged a minimum of €50 for their replacement.

If the decibel levels permitted by LOCAL REGULATIONS are exceeded during your stay, you will be notified by telephone.

As a family with two teenagers, we stayed in the apartment for six days at the end of May 2026. We took public transportation from the airport to the apartment; the host provided us with directions. The apartment has two bedrooms and two complete bathrooms, as well as a large living and dining area with an open, fully equipped kitchen. The furniture was in very good condition, and the apartment was very clean. There is a grocery store directly next to the entrance and a bakery across the street. The location near the landscaped former riverbed, the opera house, and the modern museums is perfect. The city center is also within walking distance. The apartment is tastefully decorated and looks exactly like the photos in the online listing. The host was always immediately available via WhatsApp and took care of everything perfectly. We felt very comfortable throughout our entire stay and we highly recommend this apartment.
