Great location, next to the gulliver park. Close to a lot of bus stations so we could reach the city center very easily. The apartment was very comfortable, the kitchen very well equipped. The check in was easy, we received the instructions at the schedule hour.

Maybe all the unpleasant emails I had to send to the agency every day were because the place is unsafe? Or maybe the pubic hair I find in the shower? Or the showerhead in my head when I was taking a shower? Ah, no, I think the fact that they ask me for 250€ as a deposit just in case I will break something, but the place is half broken anyway. Ah, no, sorry, when I was dealing with Romane, when she/he/they kept stating the obvious and made my holiday with my family so unpleasant. Please avoid this company or apartment at all costs. Expensive and dirty; the staff are so arrogant and ignorant. Also, check-out is at 11.00 am, but don’t worry; they will be knocking at your door 10-20 minutes before. Also, if someone comments with “Dear customer, first of all, we apologise for all the inconvenience. You need to think when you mention all the things we had to fix were on Sunday and we couldn’t fix them by then” please help me, get somebody who knows how and work better and also do a better job. And I understand it's Sunday, but you offer a well-paid service! 80€ cleaning fee, and the place will be dirty! Never again!!!

wonderful apartment. everything you need was there: dryer, washing machine. beautiful apartment with a mezzanine with two bathrooms. close to the most important attractions of the city. if we come back to valencia we will definitely come back!

Lovely clean apartment

Good location for the marathon start, having two bathrooms, flat was spotless clean with everything required for our stay. Key pick-up was straightforward, and I always found a car parking space on the street nearby. Would definitely stay again.

It could be better if the room's deficiencies are corrected.

First of all, the location is beautiful. the bus stop is very close, equidistant from the city and the beach, 10 minutes away from the bus ride. The air conditioning was very good. There was a separate independent climate control on both floors. washing machine dishwasher It was also a good opportunity to have a TV on both floors. Wifi was very good. Being on the ground floor was another aspect that I liked, so you don't have to wait for the elevator. There is a Supermarket (Aldi) nearby, about 300 meters away, and there is a small market near the fuel station where we can shop for your urgent needs in the late hours, about 200 meters away.

There was no laundry detergent for the washing machine, and only 4 dishwashing liquid tablets for 7 days for the dishwasher. While it was said that there was a safety deposit box in the room, in reality it did not exist. Our towels were not changed until the last day of the holiday . There was no room service for cleaning. There could be a vacuum cleaner in the room, unfortunately, there was no room and you have to do the cleaning with a floor brush, which does not help to clean the sand on the floor. We came to the city early and there is no place to leave your luggage, they certainly do not help with this. At least they could have a small storage room. The windows of the flat are very big and you can see the inside clearly from the outside. You should keep the curtains closed all the time.

No champú or shower gel, no hand soap, only 3 toilet rolls for 6 people. Only one set of keys. No one told us to not use the key box and we found out it was shared with other apartments.

Cozy apartment with excellent location. Easy to find and communicate. With a walking distance to supermarkets and restaurants area. We liked that it had a big fridge and all kitchen utilities needed. In overall we were very happy with our stay. Positive feedback for the toothbrush kits in every bathroom!

The front door isolation is not proper and a lot of cold air was coming in, had to turn on the hot air for most of the time we were there.

Zdecydowanie polecam na pobyt w Walencji.

Apartament położony w spokojnej okolicy, a jednocześnie blisko strategicznych punktów zwiedzania miasta. Po przeciwnej stronie ulicy znajduje się Park Guliwera a zaraz za nim Miasteczko Nauki i Sztuki. W okolicy sklepy, restauracje, apteka, przystanki komunikacji miejskiej. Do starego miasta wystarczy 15minutowy spacer. Nad morze warto podjechać autobusem. Samo wyposażenie apartamentu - bardzo ok. Kuchnia w pełni wyposażona, włącznie ze zmywarką; łazienki-ręczniki, kosmetyki, suszarka; łóżka - wygodne, dwa telewizory, ekspres do kawy, żelazko, środki czystości, ogrzewanie sterowane na dole i na antresoli.

Na antresoli z kratek wentylacyjnych przy łóżku było słychać pion kanalizacyjny budynku, co było dość uciążliwe, zwłaszcza w nocy. Jednak po zgłoszeniu tego właścicielowi, przybył do apartamentu pan, który trochę wyciszył kratkę i odgłosy nie były już tak bardzo uciążliwe. To sytuacja z apartamentu nr 2, nie wiem jak jest w pozostałych.

Verbesserungspotenzial, aber super tolle Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und extrem gut gelegen. Supermarkt und Turia um die Ecke. Schöne sichere Gegend mit viel Infrastruktur.

Es war erst Ende Jänner und in der Nacht noch dementsprechend kühl. Dicke Decken inkl Überzug wären noch toll gewesen. Es war uns doch oft kalt in der Nacht nur mit dem Leintuch. Die Küche könnte dringend mit einem Brotmesser fürs Gebäck schneiden morgens ausgestattet werden. Außerdem ist das obere Bett ohne jeglicher Abgrenzung. Es gibt Kinderbett-Gitter die man nur unter die Matratze klemmt. Das wäre eine gute Sache um zu verhindern, dass ein Kind in der Nacht vom Bett fällt.
