Slightly more expensive than other places we looked at but the location is very good and we were there for Las Fallas when the city has more tourists than usual

The location is excellent , easy walk around city, or bus to beach about 25 minutes
The water from the above apartment could be heard running through the pipes which the vent is above the bed, so woke a number of times.
