Les Arts Plaza by Concept Flats

La posizione davvero molto comoda, il monolocale è davvero molto accogliente e ha il necessario per fare le pulizie (scopa, mocio, detersivo e spugna per i piatti, lavatrice e lavatoviglie). Staff davvero molto gentile ed accogliente.

L'unica nota negativa (ma non per colpa della struttura) è che avendo un'unica stanza, è diventata di difficile gestione la messa a letto dei bambini. Quindi la sconsiglierei ad una famiglia con bimbi piccoli.

The apartment was big and spacious. The equipment was good for cooking. Wifi was good too.

It seemed to be a commercial property that had been reconverted to a rental apartment. It was on the lower floor, right on the street level. There's only a frosted glass door between you and the street, which was some kind of back alley, so it was a bit creepy at night. We went during Fallas and the street turned into a public toilet, with some people urinating directly on the apartment door. There were also constant firecrackers in the back alley, so I wouldn't recommend. I'd imagine that outside of Fallas this would be a good location and apartment to rent.

Vicinanza alle fermate degli autobus, la Città della Scienza, market, ristoranti. È una zona tranquilla e sicura.

La ubicación, buen aislamiento acústico pese a ser un bajo, aire acondicionado.

Trato totalmente impersonal, para cualquier duda hablas por whatsapp con un “bot”. Precio excesivo para tamaño del apartamento, limpieza mejorable.
