Great location. Easy walking distances to several grocery stores, restaurants, and the arts and sciences buildings. Also possible to walk (or bike) to both the beach and the old town area but just takes a bit longer (like 45min walking). The unit itself is fairly large and has almost everything you could need in it. Literally the only thing I found myself wanting was some salt, pepper, & sugar. Cookware and appliances were all good and the furniture felt nice and not rickety and cheap. The pinnacle of the stay was the quick response times I got from the property management via WhatsApp. I struggled to get in via the smart lock system on arrival and they had replied and dispatched someone there to help me within 10-15min. Quite impressive frankly.
The only negative was that during my stay the AC/heating unit was leaking whenever I turned it on. Management tried to send people to fix it several times but unfortunately they were unable to remedy the situation during my stay so I had to go without heat my whole stay. Hopefully they fix it soon.
