Excellent location, really clean and new furniture, quiet neighborhood. Good communication with owners.

No windows, small flies in the kitchen and loud sound of toilet flush from the appartments above every morning. It is in the ground floor, huge problems with tieves, you cant leave anything even for 5min in the balcony in front of the app no matter that they have additional metal bars for double safety.

I liked that it was fully equipped and comfortable. The location was good and the bathroom and kitchen facilities were nice. The bed was comfortable. The aircon was great.

The extractor fan above the stove top was not connected and when we cooked the apartment became very smoky. We felt slightly uncomfortable having to open the windows on ground floor late at night.

Good localization, and helpful hosts. TV offered free streaming platforms so we could watch La Islas de la Tentaciones during bad weather :D

Studio in Valencia

Perfect studio apartment. It was fine for the week that we stayed however I would find it too dark if I was staying longer. There was only light from the door and window beside it. It was 10 minutes walk to the nearest Metro .

Unexpected joy st the beauty and facilities of this little gem

What a beautiful little apartment. Fresh towels on the bed, milk, water and even a bottle of wine in the fridge 😍on-line check in was so easy with videos on the door procedures and the staff providing immediate response to any queries

It was difficult to find the apartment letter in the dark, it might be an idea to make them a lot bigger and more obvious. We couldn’t get any hot water through the shower in the morning and it wasn’t in the best area but only 9 minutes walk to the metro. There was reference to a teddy bear to take photos with but we didn’t get one 🥲

We spent a delightful three days at Osito Hub Apartments in Valencia. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, finding the apartment spotlessly clean and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable vacation. A large supermarket nearby allowed us to easily buy groceries and prepare breakfast at the apartment. The location is also conveniently close to various transport options, making it easy to travel around the city. We were warmly welcomed by Sara, who kindly allowed us to check in early, saving us from waiting around the city with our luggage. We highly recommend these apartments!

El estudio es súper cómodo, tiene todo lo necesario para la estancia de unos días! La cama muy cómoda, el baño amplio y cómodo, la cocina súper bien equipada! Todo super limpio y en excelente condiciones! La ubicación es cómoda, estás muy cerca en metro del centro y caminando de la ciudad de las artes! La decoración es moderna y las instalaciones también! El wifi funciona perfecto y la tv también! La cerradura con clave es fácil se usar y hay reja también con clave! Es muy seguro!

Me gustó todo! Estoy súper conforme!! Había leído comentarios sobre que era en planta baja pero a mí me pareció excelente, súper práctico! Y también había leído que se escuchaba ruido a cañerías y es cierto, más que nada por la noche se escucha pero la verdad no me molesto para nada, no es un detalle que reste!

Estaba bien decorado y con pequeñas atenciones que facilitan la estancia (aceite, café, agua…).

Está a pie de calle y muy mal aislado. Estás con los coches y los peatones en la misma habitación. Por las noches las luces de los coches iluminan toda la habitación (persianas no estaría mal). En uno de nuestros estudios el sonido de la tele no funcionaba (a última hora nos tuvimos que mudar al otro para ver las campanadas). No es un sitio en el que pasar mucho tiempo dentro.

Siamo una famiglia con 3 bambini piccoli. La struttura è comodissima. tutti i servizi sono a poche decine di metri, la fermata della metro a pochi passi. Nessun problema con passeggino. Lo staff sempre disponibile e rapido nelle risposte. che dire, eccezionale! Grazie

per 5 persone la cucina è un po' piccola e poco attrezzata.

Ligging op begane grond

Keukenkraan en wastafelkraan (badkamer) zitten los. Afvoer badkamer los. Thermostaatkraan badkamer werkt niet goed, warm/koud.. Achterstallig onderhoud (maar dit is de spanjaarden wel toevertrouwd) Vlekken tegen plafond/kamerlamp. Weinig opbergruimte. Leg mij maar uit hoe zij aan een 8.9 komen. Veel te duur voor deze staat, schandalig!!

Estaba muy limpio, la cama era cómoda y el baño fenomenal

La caldera se encendía a medianoche y hacía muchísimo ruido, al igual que la neverita, que también hacía mucho ruido, por lo que dormimos más bien poco. Avisamos y lo revisaron pero la siguiente noche pasó igual. Tuvimos que desconectar la nevera para poder descansar.

L'appartement est décoré avec goût, l'équipement nécessaire est là même si nous n'en avons pas fait usage. 10mn à pied du métro.

Le bruit des canalisations, chasse d'eau, ... des appartements voisins. Le système de fermeture des portes est pas évident au premier abord.

Buena relación calidad -precio para estancias cortas

La cama de matrimonio era cómoda y la atención al cliente muy buena, cualquier problema que hay contestan por WhatsApp en el momento, son muy amables.

Al ser un piso bajo el baño es muy húmedo y con mal olor, había moscas de agua y vimos una lombriz en el plato de ducha, el WC tragaba regular y faltaba alguna estantería/balda para poder dejar las cosas. Tiene poco menaje y la señal de WIFI un poco mala.

Stafff were really helpful with how to access the accomodation as it is all automated. It is what I expected as they are true with their description. Near to almost all that you wish to visit with the bus stop and metro station just few minutes away. Nearest grocery is only 2-3 minutes away. Comfy bed, light is giving. Able to cook as it has all the basic dining essential needed.

Nada, reservé un apartamento que supuestamente tenía una terraza.. y doble puerta de seguridad y me dieron uno sin terraza y con puerta a pie de calle,

Lleno de hormigas, telarañas , una mala impresión al entrar te encuentras un bote para cucarachas, la cafetera llena de cápsulas sin limpiar. Pedimos entrar antes sobre las 17:00 porque los niños estaban cansados y al llamar nos dicen que no está limpio y nos avisarían ( 7 horas para limpiar una habitación de escasos 20 metros y no estaba limpio ) le dieron una lavada de cara , tuvimos que volver a llamar a la hora y al insistir ya nos dieron el código para entrar. No volveré a repetir, no vale ni la mitad de lo que pagamos es una habitación grande..

Para empezar la dirección que ponen en booking no es la real es otra, después en las fotos aunque no se ve puedes creer que tiene alguna ventana como es lógico, pero no no tienen ventana alguna. Y después además de que la entrada es tardísimo las 15h, llegué a esa hora y no me daban las claves de acceso, estuve esperando hasta las 15:30 prácticamente para que diesen las claves, y cuando me la envían me dicen que la ubicación en la que llevo más de media hora no es, es otra, por lo que después de esperar tuve que coger el coche y volver a buscar aparcamiento. Bastante desastre el modo de entrega de llaves, muy muy deficiente
