We were 2 mothers with 2 children and having 2 bedrooms with separate bathrooms and a common living area worked great! It was clean, the hosts were super responsive and we could keep our luggage in their office in the last day, as our flight was late in the evening and we wanted to explore the city a bit more luggage-free.

The only thing to keep in mind is that one of the bedrooms doesn't have a window and the window of the other one is directly on the street, so you need to open this one and the entry glass door to get fresh air into the apartment. We stayed for 4 nights and this was not a big issue for us.

Location, 2 separate bedrooms with big bed in each, 2 separate normal size bathrooms, ground floor made it easy to access (no stairs/elevator), fairly kids friendly (not a lot of sharp edges)

no dishwasher, little countertop / working areas in the kitchen, no balcony/patio, together with all windows being milky made it a pretty dark place (you have to use lights), no enough bins to sort trash (even though there were separate big bins on the street nearby)

Excelente ubicación, muy bonito. Camas en general cómodas. Y regulación de temperatura adecuada

Si vienen por más de 4 días prepárate vara barrer y hacer aseo, si el clima lo permite puedes lavar tus sabas y toallas pues nunca hacen aseo o cambian tendidos. También trae jabón de manos para los lavamanos, bolsas de basura pues dejan solo dos, pero te exigen sacarla al finalizar la estadía. Papel para el baño sólo dejan dos. Te indican q una aspiradora está para usar en un canapé y no hay tendedero cuando lavas. Estuvimos 15 noches. No olvides traer shampoo. Pero en general es muy buena estadía.

Wonderful place characterized by comfort, style and lots of space. The amenities provide everything you need to feel like home. It's strategically placed between the Oceanographic museum, the beach and the old town and even if it's not that near, it's a really good base to explore the city's attractions. The communication with the host was easy and efficient.

It's not quite clear from the pictures but the bigger room does not have a door and lacks privacy. This is something that could be improved for extra comfort.
