A disaster.

The location it’s great

Windows are big which is good but the curtains are too light and see through and the blind are not long enough to cover the full window so people passing by are able to see you… there’s no privacy. The A/C units don’t stay on, they work for 15 mins and then gets shut down, I can’t count how many times I woke up last night just to turn the A/C on. The unit is too expensive and very uncomfortable.

a lot more spacious than expected which made for a more comfortable stay. there was also a decent amount of parking available near by which made the commute easier. very bright and lots of light available.

Appartment and location disappointing, Valencia a nice place and worth visiting,

it is in Valencia.

It is advertised as a luxury apartment when in fact it is very basic, furnished with old ikea furniture and crockery, the tv and heating remotes did not work, the bed mattress was uncomfortable and smaller than the bed frame!

There wasn't written, but actually You can't check in without a credit card on the name who booked apartment. The deposit is charged from the credit card for two weeks. Rather complicated registration procedure for check-in in a website.

The apartment literally has everything you need. It is close enaugh for the busses station, there are several option , it depends on where you want to go, 10 minutes far from the metro

Lokalizacja obiektu jest w dobrym miejscu, dostępne sklepy, restauracje, kawiarnie.

Przed naszym przyjazdem nasz apartament nie został chyba sprawdzony przez personel, ponieważ w dniu przybycia zalewało nam łazienkę oraz kuchnię. W kuchni nie było nawet uszczelki, a w łazience woda ciekła z sufitu i wszędzie była woda. Niestety powyższe problemy ciągnęły się kilka dni, ponieważ po rzekomej naprawie, woda nadal ciekła. Ostatecznie została włożona jakaś dodatkową rura, która zatrzymywała wodę. Personel nie odpowiedział na numer SOS, na który mieliśmy zgłaszać takie przypadki, na szczęście ktoś z drugiego numeru odpowiedział i starał nam się pomóc. Apartament miał być na 8 osób, ale ułożenie kanap niestety to uniemożliwiało, jedna blokowała drugą.

Locales comerciales hechos pisos en Poblados Marítimos

Su cercanía al Oceanographic (se puede llegar andando) Las camas eran cómodas y la cocina estaba bastante bien equipada

No había aislamiento en las paredes entre los distintos bajos comerciales convertidos a pisos y se oía a otros inquilinos sencillamente hablar lo cual nos supuso dormir mal y poco. Además el grifo de la ducha regulaba el frió y calor del agua de forma bastante regular

Ho alloggiato in questo appartamento con le mie amiche. L’appartamento si trova sul piano strada, ha un grande bagno e consente di raggiungere il centro con autobus diretti. Si trova più vicino al mare che al centro città, vicinissimo a Ciutat de les Arts.

Al nostro arrivo i divano letti non eri pronti, c’era l’occorrente nell’armadio e abbiamo provveduto noi a farli, inoltre sono risultati anche abbastanza scomodi. In salone la porta non ha la tenda quindi la mattina entra la luce. Non presente il wifi.

De ligging is op loopafstand naar het strand, de kamer is voor 2 personen en een klein hondje goed. Het appartement is schoon en alles is aanwezig in het appartement. Het contact via whatsapp verliep erg goed!

Uns hat die Unterkunft in Valencia sehr gefallen, weil sie klein, kompakt und trotzdem ideal für uns und unsere drei Kinder war. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, sodass wir alles bequem erreichen konnten. Perfekt für einen Familienaufenthalt in der Stadt.

Weniger gut war, dass die Wände sehr dünn sind und wir nachts schlecht schlafen konnten, da die Nachbarn laut gefeiert haben.

El alojamiento es pequeño pero para un fin de semana es suficiente y cuenta con todas las necesidades. Además tenía aire acondicionado en el salón y por las altas temperaturas se agradeció.

Lo malo del alojamiento es que no hay cortinas en el salón son cristales con vinilos y por la noches los que duermen en el sofá-cama les entra toda la luz del exterior (la luz de las farolas..)
