Live in Chianti Apartaments by Concept Flats

The location, as expected, was equidistant between all key sights/attractions, including the beach. It was good to have a fridge and freezer. And this was one of the few apartments we could find at this price with a separate bedroom. The bed was also large and comfortable. The air con was decent.

It’s not the most attractive or comfortable to hang out in the living area (but that’s fine if you’ll be out lots). Limited natural light though very cool to look out into central courtyard area through small window. Lots of staining. However, main thing was when we realised we were locked inside if we couldn’t do the electronic unlocking with our phones. This seems like a serious accident waiting to happen and I felt uncomfortable about potentially not being able to evacuate my baby in an emergency. After multiple AI generated messages asking if we had any questions, I decided to ask how we’d get out in an emergency without our phones / quickly and got quite a rude/dismissive reply.

Sijainti ja perussiisti

Vessan pönttö oli irti, pyyhkeitä jouduttiin pyytämään eikä niitä saatu heti vaan seuraavana päivänä.

The apartment had everything needed to have a nice stay. Location couldn’t be better if you’re looking to stay in city centre surrounded by good restaurants, shops, parks.

The AC didnt work throughout the stay or even from before as informed by management. This made our stay very uncomfortable as it was already 35 degrees in the street. We couldnt sleep at night, it was cooler in the street than inside. We asked ti get it fixed but it wasn’t.
