The biggest advantage of this place is its location—very close to the old town, Turia Park, and the zoo. It’s also well-connected to public transport, with easy access to both the metro and buses. There are plenty of shops and numerous restaurants in the surrounding area.The staff was very nice and helpful, although at times, communicating only by phone made it a bit difficult to sort things out quickly.Overall, it's a perfect place for a short stay!

Unfortunately, we had a frustrating check-in experience. Despite completing all the online formalities in advance, we were given the wrong room and lockbox numbers. It took some time to get through to the staff by phone, though they did eventually resolve the issue. Still, it was highly uncomfortable for us, especially since it was late in the evening and we were traveling with small children. Another downside was the housekeeping—during our entire week-long stay, the room was never cleaned, and we really missed having fresh towels or getting the trash taken out.
