Perfect stay at Valencia.

Comfortable apartment with a smooth check- in followed by a warm welcome message left in the apartment. Location was good and close to Nuevo Centre and metro Station. We came from Madrid by train and there was an easy connection from Jesus station.We left using Uber to connect to the airport and it was inexpensive with the dynamic pricing.

It was a perfecto stay.

Wonderful place we found, looks nice and modern, the room was big, equipped kitchen, good coffee, comfortable bed and sofa, located in a free parking zone, We liked the place so much so we extended our stay there

Brand-new and clean apartman near Turia park

Awesome stay near park, city center and botanic garden. The stay was super clean and actually brand-new with a nice view to Turia park and palms. Location has very good access to all public transport to travel around Valencia or even by foot everything is quite close. Apartments have a reception, own gym and cowork in progress. Our stay was during Fallas festival and the windows have good sound-proofing so we did not hear any noise even our little 2yo slept well. Also the curtains are darkening for a nice skeep. Well equipped kitchen has all you need.

Chambre spacieuse avec coin cuisine très complet et propre. Déco très agréable et originale. C'était parfait.

Difficulté pour rentrer dans l'hôtel et nous nous sommes rendu compte que tout était géré depuis Barcelone (nous étions à Valence). Nous avons pu joindre une personne par téléphone et bien que nos cartes n'étaient pas dans les casiers elle a pu nous en programmer une à distance. C'est un peu déstabilisant au début mais au final nous n'avons pas perdu beaucoup de temps.

struttura nuova ma con alcune cose da migliorare.

Posizione vicina al centro, didtributore dell'acqua gratuita al piano -1 (anche se non era segnalato).

La seconda stanza prenotata aveva il divano letto chiuso ed abbiamo dovuto chiamare l'assistenza per risolvere. Inoltre mancavano gli asciugamani e abbiamo dovuto richiamare l'assistenza. Avevamo bisogno di lasciate i bagagli dopo il checkout avendo l'aereo la sera ma non è stato possibile parlare con nessuno perchè l'8/12 era festa e risopndeva l'out of office anche al numero whatsapp. E' assurdo che una struttura così grande, con tutti quegli ampi spazi a livello -1, non abbia una stanza per poter lasciare il bagaglio dopo il check-out oppure dei locker (magari a pagamento).

Personal muy amable y accesible ante cualquier duda. Muy bien ubicado. Sistema de acceso mediante claves muy cómodo. Instalaciones estupendas: todo muy limpio, bonito, muy equipado. Tiene ascensor para cuando llegas cargado o con carrito. Todo un detalle el kit con artículos nuevos para la cocina: estropajo, bayeta y líquido lavavajillas.

El mejor lugar que podíamos estar

Sin duda elegiría una y otra vez este alojamiento. Solo tengo buenas cosas para decir. Cogimos el de 3 personas y aunque es pequeño a la vez es muy espacioso. Lo que más me gustó es que todo estaba super limpio. Te ponen café y chocolatinas de bienvenida. En el lavabo tienes gel para toda una semana. Las camas son muy grandes y espaciosas. Además que es super bonito y muy bien decorado. En la cocina hay dos fuegos que van genial y microondas. La zona es silenciosa y tienes todo cerca. Incluso hay un centro comercial a 10 minutos. Si vuelvo a Valencia volveré ♥️

Nada. Lo único que diría es que eche en falta una escoba y fregona. Nosotros estuvimos 4 días y no podíamos limpiar nada 😅 pero por lo demás todo perfecto.

Surprise agréable

Agréablement surprise par la propreté impeccable des lieux. L’espace est vraiment incroyable, très bien aménagé, offrant beaucoup de place et de belles décorations. J’ai également beaucoup apprécié le service de vaisselle, très pratique.

Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas plus de linges (salle de bain) à disposition. Nous n'avons pas forcément fait appel au ménage pour le peu de jour qu'on était là, plus de linge aurait été appréciable ! :)

La gestión de problemas previos a la esrancia (no sé si a causa de Booking o del Alojamiento: - Cancelacion automatica de la primera reserva por problemas con el cargo en la tarjeta. Solo se me aviso por correo, ...no lo vi y despues tuve que hacer segunda reserva algo mas cara. - Si se hubiera mantenida la suspension de los trenes entre Galicia y Madrid a causa de los incendios, no se nos daban facilidades para cancelar el alojamiento. Menos mal que se reanudó el servicio de renfe a tiempo.
