Comfortable and pleasurable stay but personally not worth repeating.

The apartment was reasonably new and spacious enough for one person at time of stay. Bed was comfortable and the kitchen was properly equipped with the necessary but not really recommended for real cooking. But who wants to cook at home when you’re in Spain?! Beside an air conditioner (which I hardly used) there’s a powerful and silent fan above the bed in the main bedroom which provides enough cooling in case of a warm night. Apartment is quite sterile (lots of black & white) but luckily the lighting is warm and pleasant when used in the evening. Host was very helpful and the communication in English was fluent.

The apartment is in a remote area of Valencia with hardly any choice of bars, cafes, lunchrooms and restaurants and the nearest supermarket is about 10 min walk from the apartment. The whole property is non-smoking which also means that you’re not even allowed to smoke on the terrace. Understandable considering the layout of the apartments but not mentioned in the description of the property on the booking site. From 11 ‘o clock there are cleaners walking on the terrace in front of your windows so privacy is zero if you’re still in your apartment.

An für sich war das Apartment sehr sauber, gut bestückt und man hatte alles was man braucht.

Alles automatisiert super einfach, jederzeit begehbar! Fanden wir klasse aufgrund der Flexibilität! Apartment war schön und hatte eine voll ausgestattene Küche! Besonders cool: Salz Pfeffer und Olivenöl gab es auch! Für 4 Personen ausreichend Platz, wir waren jetzt zu 2 vor Ort. Smart TV: man hatte jederzeit die Möglichkeit Videos oder Filme zu streamen! Sehr modern!

Die lage: zwar sind die Apartments direkt am Turia Park und an einer Metro Station ABER: da kommt das riesen ABER: Die Apartments mit Terrasse sind nur zum Innenhof, das ist nicht ganz klar auf den bildern und der Webseite. Rundum verbaut von Plattenbauten und abgehängten Wäscheständern auf den Balkonen. Also wenn man einen sonnigen Outdoor Bereich erwartet, ist es nichts. Hinter der riesen Mauer liegt ein Sportplatz / Spielplatz natürlich von morgens bis Abends mit Beschall, was ok war wir sind nicht sehr penibel. Gemütlich draußen sitzen leider fehlgeschlagen.

Neuwertiges Apartment in guter Lage neben Turia-park.

Die Betten waren sehr gut, die Austattung recht neu dennoch etwas spartanisch (vor allem angesichts des hohen Preises). Es gab eine großzügige Dusche und eine nicht-einsehbare Terrasse. Insgesamt war das Apartment geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter verlief zwar unpersönlich ( Zugangdaten über Code nach online-checkin) aber problemlos. Auf Nachfragen, zb. ob es keine Bettdecken gab ( ja, sie befinden sich in einem versteckten Kasten unter dem Bett!) wurde sofort reagiert. Für 2 Personen ist das Apartment vollkommen ausreichend. Bei mehreren Gästen und einem längerem Aufenthalt könnte es aufgrund der geringen Abstellmöglichkeiten doch etwas eng werden.

Bei unserer Ankunft hing ein sehr unangenehmer chemischer Geruch (kein Reinigungsmittel!) im Apartment, der auch nach ausgiebigem Lüften nicht verschwinden wollte. Der Fußboden war leider nicht richtig sauber. Die angebrachten automatischen Sprühanlagen gegen Insekten empfanden wir persönlich als störend. Wie so oft in Spanien hatte das Bad keine direkte Entlüftungsanlage. Grundsätzlich hielten wir den hohen Übernachtungspreis für nicht gerechtfertigt.

Séjour impeccable au Gran Turia Apartments. L’appartement est comme neuf, d’une propreté irréprochable. Les équipements sont complets et de très bonne qualité, et la literie est excellente — nous avons très bien dormi. Tout est pensé pour le confort. Je recommande sans hésiter et j’y reviendrai volontiers.

Si je devais chipoter : on peut parfois entendre un peu les voisins s’ils sont bruyants, surtout depuis la salle de bain, mais cela n’a en rien gâché notre expérience.

El apartamento está prácticamente nuevo, es confortable y los espacios están bien diseñados. Un apartamento pequeño donde pasar unos días. Bioparc prácticamente al lado y bien comunicado en coche con el resto de la ciudad

El apartamento es genial pero se aparca muy mal en la zona con varias vueltas todos los días para poder encontrar un sitio. Hay que tenerlo en cuenta.

Nieuw modern appartement met alle benodigde faciliteiten. Steek letterlijk de straat over en je staat in het Turia-park! Super snelle en nuttige reacties van verhuurder. Heerlijk ouderwets bakkertje om de hoek. Met metro of taxi ben je zo op het vliegveld

Qua eten heb je op loopafstand wat beperkte keus maar binnen 3-5 minuten fietsen is er genoeg.

Todo muy bonito y las camas cómodas. La tele genial. El baño espectacular. El aire súper necesario! Jajaja la terraza muy bien tambien.

A la habitación de arriba no le llegará el aire y aquello era un horno!!! Mucha calor allí. No iba la vitrocerámica y no pudimos hacer comida ahí.

Lovely Valencia

No podríamos estar más satisfechos con esta experiencia. El nivel de limpieza fue sobresaliente; realmente impecable en cada detalle. El departamento está amueblado con mucho gusto y materiales de primera, ofreciendo una atmósfera cálida y sofisticada. Su ubicación es perfecta: frente a un parque que invita a pasear y con una conexión excelente con el centro histórico y la playa gracias a la cercanía al metro. El anfitrión y el servicio del conserje privado fueron increíbles, siempre atentos y dispuestos a hacer que nuestra estadía fuera lo más placentera posible. Además, el equipamiento del lugar no dejó nada que desear.

Nuestra estancia fue fantástica. El alojamiento destaca por su elegancia, gracias a los acabados de alta calidad y a un mobiliario sofisticado que aporta mucha calidez. La ubicación no podría ser mejor: frente a un parque precioso y con el metro a escasos minutos a pie, lo que facilita mucho los desplazamientos a puntos de atracción como el centro histórico y la playa. El anfitrión estuvo siempre disponible, brindando recomendaciones locales muy útiles y asegurándose de que todo fuera perfecto. Contar con un conserje privado fue un plus que elevó la experiencia. Todo el lugar estaba impecablemente limpio, y el equipamiento superó nuestras expectativas: cocina completísima, ropa de cama y toallas de lujo, ¡todo cuidado al detalle!

Un alojamiento impresionante que elevó por completo nuestro viaje. Lo primero que nos encantó fue el diseño interior: elegante, moderno y muy cómodo. La ubicación es estratégica, cerca de todo y con acceso directo al metro. Tener un parque tan cerca también fue un gran plus. Nos sorprendió el nivel de atención del anfitrión: amable, eficiente y con grandes recomendaciones. El detalle del conserje privado fue simplemente excelente. El lugar estaba impecable y perfectamente equipado. Se nota que todo está pensado para brindar una experiencia de primer nivel.

Valencia de lujo

Desde el primer momento, la atención del anfitrión fue excepcional. Siempre dispuesto a ayudar y con un conserje privado que ofreció un trato de lujo y personalizado. El apartamento es de ensueño: limpio hasta el último rincón, con una decoración elegante y acabados premium. Nos sentimos como en un hotel de cinco estrellas. La cocina está totalmente equipada y no faltó absolutamente nada, desde electrodomésticos hasta textiles de excelente calidad. La ubicación es ideal: zona tranquila, parque justo enfrente y estación de metro muy cercana. Todo lo que necesitábamos estaba a pocos pasos, incluyendo un supermercado abierto de lunes a domingo desde temprano hasta tarde.
