De ruimte van het appartement, hadden nr 9.. Is perfect voor een gezin van 4. Wij waren met 2 en hadden elk onze kamer, goed bed. De douches waren dik ok, goede verzorgingsproducten aanwezig (shampoo, conditioner, zeep), keuken aanwezig maar enkel de frigo gebruikt. Airco was ook top.
De ligging: wat afgelegen van centrum, maar deden bijna alles met de metro (nou d'octubre) op loopafstand. Bus te nemen rechtover verblijf, doch wij hadden liever comfort van metro.
Voor ons niet echt een probleem maar in de avond wel veel lawaai, vb van spelende kinderen op het speelplein dichtbij of van de appartementen.. met kleine kinderen dan lss niet echt aan te raden?

Een zeer mooi en net appartement! Zeker een aanrader!
Het is wat gehorig dus helaas veel geluidsoverlast in de nacht van de buren, maar daar kunnen de gene van het appartement natuurlijk niks aan doen!

Location, close to all amenities and public transport. The design of the apartments was good, views from flat 1 were incredible.
The kitchen was well equipped for a short stsy, beds were very comfortable. Cleanness is above average and they offer useful toiletries.
Valuable instructions about usage of hot water, the rules of the house, the mosquito threats .. etc.
There was a full length mirror in the living room. Big + for that idea.
The emergency lights at night were very annoying. No dishwasher, no oven, no washing machine, there were not enough electric sockets in the kitchen and thus the microwave which was placed on top of the fridge had to be moved to the kitchen counter to be able to plug and use it. In return the working surface in the kitchen was narrow. You end us using the dining table as an island.
At night you need to close the curtain or passing by people can see you like in a window display. They should advise about it in the welcome card
We had an incident with a drainage smell in the flat, they moved us to another flat the following day after complaining several times. In the other flat there was a leaking pipe in the bathroom sink.
The main door lock was not working. We had to use the physical door key.
They were conducting maintenance works in the flats next to ours on different days, so we heard the constant drilling which may not be an issue if you only go at night to sleep in but if you need to rest during the day it can be unpleasant.
Booking the early check in is not worth it because their reservation system doesn't work properly and then the chatbot on wapp keeps giving you dead-end answers. If you speak to a human being they are rude with a condescending attitude, and they divert you to the app which wasn't working properly and which is why you are chatting with them. They do not bother to solve the issue but to apply the checklist approach to leave you in the limbo while using a smiley face emoji. Very poor customer support system.
