We recommend staying here!

We had a wonderful stay here, although it was far too short. The location is perfect, right next to the park, which we really enjoyed. The apartment is very bright, spacious, and comfortable. There is a large lift, so we were able to take our bikes upstairs with no problem. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay and is clean and cozy. The instructions and access to the building were clear and easy to follow. There is a large Carrefour just a five-minute walk away, which was very convenient for us. We were lucky to find free parking right in front of the building, and they also offer private parking. The host was very kind, and we would highly recommend staying here. We hope to come back again! thank you!

Hospital visit

The studio was well appointed and perfect for our needs, we were in Valencia to take our little dog to the nearby Dental vet hospital. It saved us a very early morning drive in exchange for a 10 minute walk. We stayed the night after his operation again so we didn't have the car journey and were close by in case of an emergency. The weather was bad but the TV had good UK TV as well as Spanish. The first time we have had this in a hotel in 25 years! The customer service was via WhatsApp and our questions were answered almost instantly, including getting lost in the underground car park.

We found the electronic lock system a bit difficult and worried about running out of charge. I had to take the dog out during the night and again was worried I wouldn't get back in. We would have preferred to stay in the Carrefour carpark just on across the road if we were just in holiday for ease of getting out and about. The system of leaving the garage key in the studio meant we had to leave the garage, park up and go back to the studio but I realise this would be difficult to organise differently.

Really good stay.

Property was very clean and was good having the sofa bed. Everything worked well. The host was incredibly helpful and responded to our queries. Luggage storage for 16 EUR was good to leave our stuff for the day.

There was no place to hang up bath towels which was a bit annoying and few forks to eat with 2 forks to be precise for an apartment which sleeps 4.

Great accomodation for a good price.

It was clean. Pool is a big plus. Hot water. Great customer service. Very modern room. Everything works with your phone. You enter the building and the apartment with the given pin. No keys. So don’t loose your phone and charge it .

Bed in master bedroom should be changed. The floor in master bedroom needs to be repaired. I have informed the customer service. I guess they fixed it by now. In the refrigerator we found eggs a ham and ice cream from last guests. We cooked the eggs ; ) . Apparently there is a bar in the fridge which you pay for each drink you take out. Well we didn’t find much left. The cleaning lady didn’t have the time to organize the fridge.

Access too complicated

The Location, the decoration, it was spacious

Comunications through the app was not smooth. To get the keys to enter the property was a mistery. There were a special time for it to be sent even though I already paid. It was too misterious to get into the appartment. The codes to enter were quite annoying. The fact that they asked for a deposit to be returned 48h later of our stay and the mistery in the way to access the place felt like they don't trust. It was way too complicated. It didn't flow easily. FOUR DOORS TO GET TO THE APPARTMENT.

Great interior. The location was a little far from the action with zero signage, and the entire check-in process was a bit confusing. It was hard to enter because of the door codes and no signage or outside instructions, but it was a nice place once inside. Very comfortable.

My daughter & I booked to stay here because we wanted to be able to cook for ourselves or go out to eat if we wanted & to have direct public transport to The Arts & Sciences. Calatrava Suites is great because it's at one end of the long park that goes through the city. At the other end are The Arts & Sciences' buildings. We caught the number 95 from across the park. It's also about a 12 minute walk from the metro going to the city centre in one direction & the airport in the other. Also we specifically wanted sonewhere with a pool so that we could swim & relax outside. The apartment was spacious, clean, stylish & it had a well equipped kitchen. The bed was very comfortable & the large rainfall shower is great! The pool area is lovely - if you really want to make use of it, before booking, please check with Caltrava Suites that you will be able to. See my negative comment. Apart from that we absolutely loved our stay there.

On our second day, a member of staff at the concierge called out to us, when we were on our way to the swimming pool & garden, to tell us that only residents were permitted to use those facilities. I explained that the booking.com listing showed a pool & that was the reason we chose Calatrava Suites. A representative from Calatrava came downstairs & told us that we could swim but that the residents don't like it & we may be stopped the next day. Fortunately it didn't happen again. The only other thing we weren't keen on was the mobile link swipe access. It worked well for the apartment door but took several attempts each time at the main entrance gate.

Досить зручне розташування прямо поруч з парком в руслі річки, зупинки метро і автобусів поруч. Великий супермаркет 250 метрів. В номері досить зручна кухня, є посудомийна машина. Зручна система доступу до помешкання через додаток, але треба перший раз розібратися

Летіли в Валенсію на день народження дружини перший раз за декілька років без дітей…тому очікували на більше.. По-перше, ми замовляли номер з видом на сад, дерева, парк. В букінг на сайті всі фото номерів мали вид на природу, тому навіть думки не було, що ми отримаємо номер з видом на сусідній будинок через 10 метрів! На запит служби підтримки замінити номер отримали відповідь, що це неможливо за таку ціну! Я перевірив ще раз варіанти номерів на сайті за нашу ціну - там знову були всі номери з видом на природу! Та і взагалі не було питання ціни на першому місці при замовлені, бо обирали саме номери з видом, а потім зважували співвідношення ціни і розташування. Цей варіант сподобався його і сплатили одразу. Друге, в ванній кімнаті багато плісняви в душовій! Невже не можна регулярно обробляти силікон? Або вчасно міняти його? Це дуже було неприємно. Третє, ліжко нестабільне і скріпуче… ніякої романтики… Але постільна білизна буда нормальною. Четверте, ми були три ночі, але таблетка для миття посуду була лише одна ))… Дрібниця, так, але ця економія на сірниках дуже дратує. Пʼяте. Апартаменти беруть депозит 150 євро, сплатити треба по окремому посиланню, яке вони надсилають в WhatsApp. Бронювання номеру було на одне прізвище, а сплата депозиту була від іншого імені. І виявилося, що при автоматичному поверненні компанія бере номер картки з якої був сплачений депозит і додає імʼя і прізвище того, на кого був заброньований номер)))! В підсумку маємо заблоковану суму на картки 💳 банку, так як при поверненні вказано інше імʼя, не власника картки! Починаються нудні переписки з підтримкою, яка доречі, дійсно намагається допомогти, але вже наступні вихідні дні … і все переноситься на понеділок))) Європа)) Проте служба підтримки банку в Україні працює і в вихідні, навіть в таких непростий час. В підсумку все вирішили і гроші повернули, але це був неприємний процес

Het uitzicht is niet prettig de overburen kijken binnen. De parkeerinstructies waren onduidelijk. Je moet ook een borg betalen, daar is bij mij een bedrag ingehouden omdat ik door de onduidelijke instructies op de verkeerde plek stond, terwijl ik al had betaald. Ook achterstallig onderhoud. Vloer en raam was stuk. Geen aanrader. Personeel bij entree onvriendelijk.

Éloigné du centre (30’ à pied) C’est un studio et pas un appartement avec coin chambre Machine à laver pas dans l’appartement mais dans une salle commune Équipements sommaires dans l’appartement, pas de crochet dans la salle de bain pour faire sécher les serviettes Appartement juste au-dessus de l’entrée de l’immeuble donc assez bruyant Parking très cher et difficile de s’y repérer L’hôtel et les vacanciers ne semblent pas être les bienvenus dans la résidence (pas d’aide des voisins pour se repérer dans le parking, pas accès aux installations de la résidence)

Silencio y comodidad para un buen descanso

La habitación es super silenciosa, perfecta para que puedas tener un buen descanso. La cama un poco pequeña para el tamaño de la habitación. Tiene muy buena ubicación, hay cerca automercados, restaurantes y parada de bus que facilita el transporte al centro. La atención a las dudas fue excelente, Lucia respondio rapido y con mucha cordialidad. Para entrar y salir es facil, y el portero del lugar es muy amable. La ducha es divina para darse un buen baño,la verdad es que descansamos y disfrutamos en el alojamiento.

Pues nada, lo que ves en las fotografias es lo que tienes. Todo super bien!

A 2,5 km del centre. Hi ha una paràda de metro a 15’. Tota la zona és blanca. L’apartament és preciós, còmode, amb tos els estris necessaris. La connexió amb els amfitrions excel.lent.

Ens ha agradat tot molt i quan tornem a València repetirem. Per dir alguna cosa, el llit supletori justet.

Mala experiencia

El alojamiento es muy moderno. La distribución de la habitación muy bien aprovechada. La ubicación estupenda.

A mi modo de ver, muy poco ético el hecho de cobrar 14 € por entrar antes cuando ya tienen lista la habitación o cobrar por guardar el equipaje el día de la salida. La habitación daba a una calle principal y a pesar que los cristales son buenos se filtraba bastante ruido. Estando en el apartamento, tranquilamente cenando una noche, un señor abrió la puerta y entró como si nada..ya que le habían dado la misma que a mí y con la aplicación pudo entrar sin problema. Nefasto el sistema de acceso. Me pareció una violación a la intimidad que alguien se cuele en mi habitación y menos mal que estábamos ahí, si no, podría haber tenido acceso a todas nuestras cosas sin problema. Cero seguridad. Ya no dormimos tranquilos. Una madrugada fui al baño y había una cucaracha.. lo comuniqué al siguiente día pero yo misma tuve que limpiar todo el suelo donde la aplasté..del asco.. en ningún momento se ofrecieron a repasarme la habitación. Y ya para rematar, el día de la salida, me dicen que me perdonan que cogí una botella de agua por los inconvenientes de la estancia. Lo peor es que en ningún momento cogimos nada del minibar, de hecho veníamos de otro apartamento en el que habíamos estado días antes y traíamos varias botellas de agua.. no se nos hubiera ocurrido coger una botella minúscula de agua por 2,50€. Nos pareció feo que inventaran eso para encima tratar de quedar bien.. en fin.. nuestra experiencia fue bastante mala, no generalizaría ya que a otra persona le puede ir genial pero nosotros no repetiríamos. Y si considero que es importante que a la hora de hacer la reserva te informen que tienes que pagar una fianza de 150€, y no enterarte una vez ya realizada, que en nuestro caso era no reembolsable y ya no pudimos cancelar.

Calidad-precio no concuerda.

La ubicación, y que están reformados y son bonitos. Y el personal es bastante amable y atento.

Es una pena que haya que pagar por absolutamente todos los extras teniendo en cuenta lo caro que es de por sí el apartamento para la zona donde está. Deja mucho que desear, sobretodo porque en el que estuvimos nosotros el suelo estaba levantado, la cortina estaba rota y no podíamos dormir a oscuras, el colchón estaba hundido por el medio, un “sillón” que había en la habitación estaba rotísimo, los baños olían fatal… y por no hablar de la cantidad de ruido que se escucha del exterior. Está bien si no hay más opciones para quedarte en valencia, pero no está muy acorde la calidad-precio.

Fantástica y volveremos¡¡

Nos gustaron las calidades en general, tanto el diseño como los materiales de la infraestructura y la decoración. Limpieza fantástica y el servicio muy bueno.

La falta de extracción de aire en los pasillos, si hay alguien cocinando los olores se quedan, cuando estuvimos alguien cocinaría gambones a la plancha y el olor tardó 2 días en irse y eso huele mal.

Apartamentos totalmente recomendados!

Los apartamentos son amplios y cómodos, aunque al principio parece difícil acceder a ellos con los códigos de las puertas, una vez te acostumbras es fácil. Cuentan con instalaciones modernas y el cuarto de baño es grande, limpio y funcional.

No fue fácil acceder a la plaza de garage, aún con las indicaciones del personal, el garage es bastante laberíntico y no tienen ninguna indicación de como bajar al sótano -2

No fue lo esperado

Suelo con desniveles y mal sellado que impedía cerrar la puerta de la habitación. La ducha se encharcaba y el suelo se mojaba completamente y para tener una fregona para solucionarlo había que salir de la suite. No dejan entrar antes de la hora programada sin pagar un plus. Es la primera vez que en un alojamiento no me dan gratis la primera botella de agua. La lámpara del escritorio estaba fundida y no funcionaba y había poca luz en la sala de estar. Escaso menaje lo que dificulta cocinar (no había ni un cuchillo de cortar de cocina). Solo había 8 platos entre soperos, llanos y de postre y ni siquiera había una ensaladera. La fregona, la plancha y la lavadora no están en ls suite. No se explicó bien la salida de las instalaciones.
