Good location, and modern facilities
The room is easily accesible once you undestand how the application to open the main gate, floor gate and apartment door works but a video would be nice before to understand.
The room was not cleaned properly there was a lot of dust, breadcrumbs and hair on the floor and in the shower. We also found a big cockroach. The couch is dirty. Very limited storage space for clothes. The dishes in the kitchen were very dirty even if they have a washing machine, we had to wash all of them before using them. The bed is very uncomfortable and make a lot of sounds at night when you move waking up everybody in the house. Also you can feel every move the partner does when he sleeps in the bed. The host is responsive but i felt they had a hard time understanding my english explanations and because you talk to more than one person in the same chat, they lose context ( i asked for a taxi and they forgot yo book it). Also they advertise that they have a washing machine, but this is partially true because you do not have a washing machine in your room but rather one on the floor which you share with other rooms (after washing our clothes were full of animal hair - we have no animals). Also they should write on booking before you book the room that they are going to ask for 150 euro deposit, this is not fair to ask after you payed the booking. Also on booking they do not say that you have to pay for the baby crib, and they asked 7 euro / per night (for 7 night it is almost one new baby crib).

Location is quite ok, although far from historical center.
Very spacious room with several zones.
The furniture and facilities are quite new.
Heating was good, and comfortable bed to sleep with comfort.
Wi-fi is ok.
Very big table to work at.
The place looks more like office space than a living room, providing cold impression.
We did miss the entrance to the building first try, I would advise providing more precise check-in instruction.
I would like to add some pillows for the chairs, and rugs by the bed.
100% electronic keys to enter everything look dangerous for me.
Unfortunately, we found a cockroach in the kitchen.
Fridge is occupied with goods you should pay for, but no salt and pepper.

Limpieza.
Si te dan el apartamento 108 prepárate para no descansar. Está justo encima de la garita del portero de la finca (la comunidad es inmensa), el portero desde las 7 de la mañana o antes vecino que entra o sale vecino que saluda a gritos, no estoy exagerando para nada. Este ritual es continuo, y no permite que puedas descansar. Deberían hablar con el hombre o poner un cristal más grueso para que no se oiga. Pagar para escuchar la vida de los demás y no poder descansar no me parece buen plan.
