New, modern, great facilities and well located with great service.

New and modern decor. Very clean and well presented. There doesn’t appear to be any service staff on site, but the customer service is very prompt via messaging. The location is about a 25-30 minute walk to the city centre, old town, shopping district. Very manageable stroll, passing lots of coffee shops on the way.

The studio was clean, the bed comfortable, the location very good.

The coffee capsules were only for one day of stay, however we haven't asked for more, so maybe the host would supply at the request.

Nothing exceptional…

Worst trip i ever had in my life. These “suites” are pet friendly but their dog attacked us in midnight when we went to the room. They didn’t even care about this situation, we stayed out that night. Imagine being attacked by a dog and staying outside in middle of the night. Customer service is awful. Please avoid this place!

Very clean and comfortable property

The property is located in a very good spot, near buses and the city center and has supermarkets right downstairs. It was very assorted and clean, the staff was super friendly and changed towels and bedsheets twice a week. It was also very quiet and peaceful

The most extortionate people/place ive ever dealt with they are theives

The bed was comfortable

They found any reason to not give back my deposit so now i wont be getting 150 back saying i smoked inside, which is more than the room price even though i offered them proof i smoked outside, told them to check their cameras, the place smelled like a public toilet when i got in i had to spray the room and open windows, the staff only reply when they want to, i do not recommend here as they will try find anyway to keep the 150€ deposit, the AC was not good at all, the location is far from everything i had to get multiple taxis, i overall just wouldn’t recommend this place apart from the bed

Only good impressions !

At first - we really liked this place. After we passed online check in, we received all required instructions , they key access and all required was sent via WhatApp - it was very easy to enter the number. Next - it is very clean and modern interior inside. Suites located on the 1st floor, but it was't noisy from outside. Internet speed also was good, we had to make few Zoom meetings ( we work remotely ) . Price is really worthy , location is nice, I have very good impressions , thank you

Nice place

The apartment was very nice, spacious, comfortable. Good price and we got the welcoming detail, oranges and small note :) quick check-in system. I could take my dogs, so that is a plus. The center is about 20 minutes walking.

The electric curtain did not work, what made the room very bright at night from the street lights. We had to put some bed sheets to cover it, otherwise we wouldn't be able to sleep. Also, there was a lot of noise from the traffic, as it is just at the main street. I believe curtain would also help canceling it. It was reported to the owners however nothing was done to help us having a good stay :( Customer service should improve.

relacion calidad precio estupendas , muy bien situado , habitacion amplia y funcional con mobiliario moderno

en el mantenimiento, poir sugerencia en la cocina le falta un escurreplatos para evitar manchar toda la encimera y no estaria de mas dos perchas en el cuarto de baño para poder colgar las toallas de la ducha y en el salon añadir un solfa o silla individual para poder sentarse uno , ya que el sofa es incomodo al ser un sofa cama

Muy recomendable

Muy buen apartamento para pasar unos días en Valencia. Muy moderno y con todo lo necesario, devuelven la fianza en el mismo día, y son muy atentos. Ubicado a unos 20 minutos del centro histórico, pero es un paseo agradable, bastante recto.

Para aparcar el coche, un poco complicada la zona, pero hay un parking cerca que son 25€ al día (Cuidado no confundir con el que está en la misma plaza, y no tiene límite diario)

El apartamento cuenta con una buena ubicación y es bastante nuevo, pero está muy mal cuidado

No nos gustó que no permitieran usar la calefacción, dejando únicamente el aire acondicionado a alta temperatura, que aun así expulsa aire frío. El apartamento estaba extremadamente sucio, con moho en la ducha, y no se nos ofreció ninguna solución ni descuento. Además, faltaban muebles en la cocina, lo que indicaba que no estaba completamente terminado.

Faltaba una nevera. La llave, al estar en el móvil, te obliga a llevar el móvil siempre encima. El domingo salímos a las 12 del mediodía y cuando volvimos no habian hecho la cama ni el cuarto de baño.

Sehr komfortable Unterkunft für einen Städtetrip nach Valencia.

Der Appartementkomplex war äußerst modern und geschmackvoll. Unser Appartement selbst ließ keinerlei Wünsche offen, der Küchentrakt war komplett bestückt, das Bad sehr großzügig. Wir erreichten fußläufig die Altstadt, obwohl Bushaltestellen in unmittelbarer Nähe sind. Günstige Restaurants waren in der Nähe und praktischerweise ein Mercadonna-Supermarkt gegenüber. Obwohl eine verkehrsreiche Straße vor dem Haus verlief, boten die Fenster einen optimalen Lärmschutz.

No reservéis :(

La decoración

Tuvimos un corte de luz por la noche lo que hizo que saltara un sonido que estuvo toda la noche pitando. Nadie acudió y llamábamos al número de contacto que nos dijeron que podíamos llamar para urgencias pero nadie contestó. No descansamos nada y eso puso en juego mi salud. Nos devolvieron parte del dinero pero el fin de semana nos lo estropearon, no reservéis con esta gente porque os pasa algo y nadie acude.
