Comfortable stay, a bit far from the center.

Very comfortable clean room. Large space, well furnished and all amenities that you might need (even a mini dishwasher). Comfortable bed. Large shower.

Not adapted for friends traveling together (transparent shower). Not well insulated for noise, we could hear noise at night from the corridor. A bit far from the city center (about 20 minutes by foot to the station). The door could be unlocked with an app on the phone, does not feel super safe.

The stay was lovely

Nothing, however the area wasn’t very pleasant, if on foot difficult to bye groceries there was no ‘proper’ food, snacking food, most of the eateries are cafeteria style food and all close between 4 and 7 there is Macdonald at the train station near by but it’s very very busy the restaurants are a km or more away.

Nice but with minor issues

It was very clean and close to the train station.

They should specify that it's not suitable for more than two people as all the walls are made of glass, and we had to wait at the terrace while one of us was taking a shower. Communication with the company is way too complicated receiving long paragraphs all the time including links, which, in my opinion, is a bit irritating. We booked the apartment, because of the kitchen as we were travelling with a baby. However, there weren't any pots or pans. Don't get me wrong - it's a very nice place, but it's best suitable for couples.

The entrance procedure is a bit confusing. There basically isn’t any staff and you have to let yourself in with a code and an app to lock and unlock the door. I managed to work it out but there were no clear instructions

amazing location, very comfy, had what you needed for the most part

so many flies, also i wasn’t sent the codes to get into the apartment so had to call up to try and get them, i was then sent them after midnight (much later than when we were checking in). also, very small but the lack of glasses and mugs was frustrating

Convenient location. Although it is situated next to a highway ramp, it was surprisingly quiet. The apartment was basic but adequate.

The apartment entrance on the street is a challenge to find - we had to make a phone call. The bathroom has no hooks and the bed is small for two people. We enjoyed our stay in spite of the detractors.

The apartment was brilliant. It was comfortable, it had everything myself and my son could possibly have needed, it was secure and in a great location.

To be completely honest there was nothing I could criticise about this apartment even if I was deliberately being hyper critical, it was great !

FANTASTIC

It was an excellent stay in Valencia, the location was close to the central high-speed station. The apartment was all new, very well maintained and with personal attention paid to us at all times by the reception team. Our apartment had a very large and sunny terrace, with very well-kept plants, the interior was very comfortable, the bed was the sofa. Without a doubt the next time we come to Valencia we will repeat.

Nuovo e ben tenuto, ma...

È un monolocale molto ampio e confortevole, con arredamento nuovo e molto tecnologico (serratura automatica). Nonostante non abbia i fornelli, la cucina è molto fornita (microonde, bollitore, macchina per il caffè, lavastoviglie). Il bagno è grande, con due lavandini e una doccia ampia. Il letto e i cuscini sono molto comodi.

Appena arrivate in camera abbiamo trovato la finestra che non si chiudeva bene, lasciando uno spiffero (rimaneva a vasistas anche quando doveva essere chiusa), e quando lo abbiamo fatto presente, dicendo che faceva troppo freddo per starci, non abbiamo avuto risposta per più di 2 ore, finendo per arrangiarci; e comunque la risposta è stata di alzare il riscaldamento, non risolvendo il problema principale. La serratura si chiude in automatico, facendo 2 mandate, e quando uscivamo di casa abbiamo sempre aspettato di sentire il rumore. Un giorno però quando siamo tornate non aveva le due mandate, e alla nostra richiesta di spiegazioni, dopo numerose domande e incomprensioni, c'è stato detto che quello che era successo non era possibile. Essendo a piano terra, in una strada molto trafficata, è molto rumorosa e molto esposta (con le finestre aperte ti vedevano in casa). Inoltre in bagno, non essendoci finestre, c'è un odore sgradevole.

soluzione ottima per una famiglia con i bambini che vuole visitare la città

la suite è ampia, confortevole e dotata di tutto il necessario. i bambini hanno amato il letto a castello.

l’areazione nel bagno è sicuramente da migliorare. la posizione è comoda se ci si muove con i mezzi (autobus/metro/taxi), mentre meno comoda se si vuole camminare a piedi perche adiacente ad una strada ad alto scorrimento

Muy buena estancia, nos quedamos solamente una noche pero todo fenomenal, las instalaciones muy buenas y tiene todo lo necesario y más.

Lo único que no pudimos poner el aire acondicionado para calentar la habitación y que no habían más mantas para poder dormir más arropados.

Très bien dans l’ensemble et chaleureux !

Très beau, on s’y sentait bien, la Clim réversible parfaite j’avais chaud comme il fallait, serviettes et gel douche et shampooing à disposition, spacieux, moderne … Adorable l’attention de l’eau dans le frigo !

Très mal isolé niveau bruit (j’entendais les voitures, les gens dans la rue parler, la porte ou bruit de couloir ça m’a parfois réveillé. J’aurais sûrement préféré être pas du côté rue mais il me semble pas que c’était précisé dans la description donc attention de le préciser je pense ca serait mieux. Et j’ai pas trouvé d’assiettes et de tasses, verres (hormis ceux à côté de l’évier côté WC).

La proximité du Centre ville à pied. Le service de bagagerie, l'accès autonome, simple et sécurisé.

Il y avait une photo avec terrasse, nous nous attendions donc à avoir un extérieur mais nous n'avions qu'une vue sur le trottoir et les voitures, c'est dommage! Une sensation étrange d'être en souplex. Les lits sont petits. Je préfère les logements 3,4 et 5 que nous avions déjà réservé.

Das Appartment ist ausreichend gross und gut eingerichtet.

Die Lampe oberhalb des Tisches funktionierte nicht und es wurde uns migeteilt dass eine Reparatur nicht möglich ist. Die Eingangstüre zum Haus schliesst nicht automatisch und ist öfters offen. Das ist ein Sicherheitsrisiko angesichts der Nähe zum Bahnhof und den Personen die manchmal vor den Fenstern gesehen wurden. Uns wurden Gott sei Dank nur 2 Regenschirme gestohlen, aber es hätte js auch mehr sein können. Kameras sind vorhanden werden aber nicht ausgewertet.

El baño tenía un “aroma” tan peculiar que pasamos horas ventilando, casi como si fuera parte de la experiencia del hotel. Nos quedamos sin jabón y sin papel higiénico, y aunque avisamos, parece que reponerlos no entraba dentro del servicio. Durante los 3 días de estancia, nuestro mayor entretenimiento fue pelear con el cuadro eléctrico, que saltaba la luz aunque no estuviera nada encendido. Eso sí, el aire acondicionado se tomaba sus descansos por la noche… y cuando decidía volver, lo hacía arrojando agua directamente sobre las camas. Todo un detalle refrescante. El chat del hotel siempre responde rápido, aunque curiosamente nunca con soluciones reales, más bien con la promesa de que “el técnico pasará”… lo cual, como imaginarán, aún estoy esperando incluso después de haber dejado la habitación.
