Good value for money, great location, good communication

Great location only 20 minute walk to city centre but shops and restaurants close by, a mercadona almost outside. Good communication. Light spacious accomodation, very aesthetic. Good value.

Although the apartment looks amazing, it is not hugely functional. Kitchen units are hard to open, the socket by the sofa bed wasn't working. The shower flooded the first evening, the hosts were brilliant at managing this, sorted quickly, but we then had a sewage smell in the apartment for the rest of our stay.

Very nice and sunny apartment, close to Old City and with luggage space downstairs

The apartment was very clean and we had everything we needed. We even received some small bottles of olive oil to make some great sandwiches . THe apartment has 2 barthroom. One of them is a little smelly, but you can totally use only the one from the big bedroom which has no problem. It has an elevator if there are people concerned about this.

Absolutely Perfect Stay - Highly Recommended! Our stay at this accommodation was absolutely wonderful. The apartment was beautiful, modern, clean and quiet. The location is also fine. The metro station is only about a 10-minute walk away, and you can reach the city center in about 15 minutes. The immediate surroundings were super: right next door is a small, family-run bakery offering delicious treats for breakfast, which we loved! Just around the corner is a large supermarket, and there are cafés and restaurants nearby. The service and organization were top-notch. They are highly responsive to any questions and the staff is very kind and welcoming - Sandra in our case. Since our flight was late in the evening, we appreciated the option to store our luggage in the storage room on the ground floor. Everything is perfectly organized.

Beautiful renovated apartment, very comfy with all you need for your stay. Definitely will book again if I am in Valencia again. The property ask to transfer the money to bank account which sounded little strange but everything worked perfectly fine. Great location, lots of options for food around

The apartment is really close to the Old Town and it is really convenient that there is a shop just under the apartment. We really liked that we could leave the luggages in a locker, so we could do the sightseeing until the check-in.

Appartamento nuovo pulitissimo. Zona tranquilla, ben collegata dai mezzi di superficie. 20 minuti per arrivare a piedi in centro.

Praticamente tutto perfetto, sarebbe un plus trovare delle acqua in frigorifero per chi fa check in tardi la sera. Da segnalare divano letto scomodo ma per 3 giorni ci si adatta

Het appartement is goed gelegen. Het is ruim en proper. Er is een supermarkt naast de deur en ook een bakker en horeca vlakbij. Het is handig dat je de laatste dag je koffers kan stockeren in lockers om zo toch nog de stad te kunnen verkennen. De uitbaters zijn makkelijk te bereiken.

Posizionato a 15 minuti a piedi dal centro, arredato con gusto e completo di tutto. Terrazza molto bella e ben progettata. Ampia metratura eventualmente divisibile con porte scorrevoli.

Il materasso del divano potrebbe essere migliorato. Fastidioso odore di fognatura proveniente dal secondo bagno.

Heel fijn verblijf hier gehad!

Het is een heel fijn, net en modern appartement met twee badkamers. Een goed ruim bed met stevig matras in de slaapkamer. De keuken is goed uitgerust, van alle gemakken voorzien (hoewel we in het begin de kopjes en glazen niet konden vinden vanwege een "blinde" kastdeur :) )

Het matras van de slaapbank in de woonkamer was helaas te dun en doorgezakt, niet comfortabel. En er kwam regelmatig een rioollucht uit een van de badkamers.

Il mio soggiorno in questo appartamento è stato davvero piacevole. Posizione abbastanza centrale ma tranquilla, ideale per raggiungere i principali punti di interesse senza rinunciare al silenzio e al relax. L’appartamento è luminoso e ben arredato, con spazi curati che trasmettono subito una sensazione di accoglienza. La cucina era completa di tutto il necessario, perfetta per preparare una colazione o una cena veloce dopo una giornata di visite. Ho trovato la pulizia impeccabile, un dettaglio che fa davvero la differenza. Un altro punto forte è stata l’ospitalità: l’host è stato gentile e disponibile, pronto a fornire consigli utili su ristoranti e attività nei dintorni. Questo ha reso l’esperienza ancora più autentica e piacevole. In conclusione, un appartamento che unisce comfort, praticità e calore. Walencja warta odwiedzenia, piękne stare miasto Bardzo sprawna komunikacja miejska.

mozliwość zostawienia bagazu w skrytce przed godziną 16. Dobrze zaopatrzona kuchnia. Blisko stacja metra i przystanki autobusowe.

Po otwarciu drzwi do apartamentu (na parterze) uderzył nas straszny odór, pochodził on z obu łazienek. Po naszej interwencji u gospodarza zjawił się pan z kadzidełkami. Obejrzał łazienki i stwierdził, ze w prawdzie śmierdzi ala nie ma żadnych usterek. dostalismy wiadomość od gospodarza, że wszystko jest w porządku i koniec. Odór został do końca pobytu. Drugi problem to brak ciepłej wody od samego początku. Gospodarz odpisał, że jak ktoś bierze prysznic co pół godż to trudno żeby była ciepła. W końcu przyszedł serwisant. Podłoga zaplamiona.

Lokalizacja ok - 15 min od centrum. I to chyba na tyle z zalet :)

Mieszkanie na parterze - okno tuż przy ruchliwym chodniku. Układ mieszkania fatalny, wylewka na podłodze i ogólnie wystrój/wyposażenie salonu raczej ascetyczne - nie było gdzie spędzić miło czasu po zwiedzaniu. Ale najgorszy był smród (bo nie można tego nazwać zapachem) - prawdopodobnie nie używanej przez dłuższy czas kanalizacji. Mimo, że nikt tam nie mieszkał przed nami, nie udało się wcześniej zameldować. Niewygodne poduszki.

Прекарахме страхотни 3 дни в този апартамент. Специални благодарности на жената, с която водихме комуникация - Сандра. Отговаряше на секундата, дори ни предостави възможност за оставяне на багажа в сградата, заради късния ни полет. Апартаментът сам по себе си е с уникален дизайн - комбинация от старо и ново, две страхотни бани, невероятна кухня, автоматизирани щори и скрито осветление.

Имахме проблем със шумоизолацията в сградата. Всеки ден рано сутрин чувахме съседските деца, които викаха и си играеха.

Molto deludente

Accesso alla struttura semplice e autonomo tramite codice di accesso . Appartamento per 5 persone abbastanza ampio e spazioso. Possibilità al check out di lasciare i bagagli negli armadietti all'esterno della camera ma all'interno del palazzo.

Modalità di pagamento tramite un link inviato dalla struttura che ha generato dubbi circa la sicurezza (anche se poi lo era), ho dovuto chiamare booking per essere tranquilla nell'eseguirko. Il codice per poter accedere all'appartamento è arrivato tramite email solo alle 15. Purtroppo nell'appartamento c'era forte cattivo odore dato dalle fogne probabilmente (nei bagni non si poteva stare, era insopportabile). È entrata acqua da una finestra in una delle camere , abbiamo avvertito tramite messaggi ma il problema non è stato risolto quindi ci siamo trovate per due giorni con l'acqua in camera (abbiamo cercato di asciugare noi con asciugamani e straccio). Anche la posizione, era descritta come al centro della Città, invece per arrivare al centro ci sono almeno 15/20 minuti a piedi e non è collegato benissimo coi mezzi (bisognava prendere o due metro o un autobus ma dopo aver camminato diversi minuti, non proprio nei pressi). Dalle recensioni e dalla valutazione di booking siamo rimaste molto deluse.

Abbiamo trovato un appartamento spazioso e molto ben organizzato a livello di arredamento. I vari armadi a scomparsa celavano dietro le ante degli spazi piuttosto ampi. Molto utili anche la lavastoviglie, la lavatrice e i 2 phon (uno per bagno). Ampia quantità di pentole antiaderenti nuove. In caso di necessità Chris e Lina sono sempre state disponibili ad aiutarci e a venirci incontro , fornendoci l'aiuto e le indicazioni necessarie. Decisamente da consigliare.

Prachtig en ruim appartement.

Prachtig ingericht en ruimtelijk appartement. Met twee badkamers waar onze dochter erg blij mee was. Op loop afstand van de hippe wijk Ruzafa.

We kwamen in de nacht aan en we Haden wat problemen met de juiste code invoeren. We belde het nummer dat we hadden gekregen voor "noodgevallen", maar deze was niet bereikbaar.

Un referente en Valencia

Muy cerca de la estación Joaquín Sorolla y bastante cómodo para acercarse al centro. Al entrar al apartamento el efecto fue uauuuuhhh !!! Acogedor, elegante, bien distribuido, cómodo , luminoso , silencioso, limpio... Un descubrimiento total y referente para próximas visitas.

Creo que confundieron nuestra estancia con la de otra persona y nos mandaron mensajes que no nos correspondían.
