Great apartment but still waiting for the return of deposit!

The apartment was very well equipped and the location was excellent.

I am still awaiting the return of my 200 deposit a month later which has turned a positive experience in the apartment into a negative one.

All perfect

The apartment is the same as photos published in Booking.com, Quiet district with easy access to subway station, supermarkets and city centre. Auto check-in was a plus.

Terrible customer service

the apartment is nice (although the pictures make it look MUCH nicer) and very clean. That is where the positives end.

The amount of online form filling and emails before the trip was ridiculous. I received the same automated emails with instructions about 5 times and when we finally arrived after a long day on the ferry we couldn't get in because the code for the key box was not what we were told (5 times) it would be. We had to wait outside for an hour for someone to come and let us in. We came to sit exams so the first night was meant to be for studying. No internet, no apologies, just a rather rude note saying it was fixed the next day 'at 11.15, to be exact.' iberis clearly have a thing or two to learn about customer service. The apartment is not 'brand new.' There are many marks on the walls and floors. It is quite a stretch to call the 'terrace' an 'open air space' Oh and definitely don't rely on their hairdryer! It would be quicker to blow on it yourself. Needless to say, we definitely won't be returning on our next trip!

Nice and unforgettable stay

The apartment is so big and exceptionally clean. The kitchen is well equipped with all utensils that you need. Wifi works properly and it is ok for working from home. The beds are so comfortable and we could sleep very well. The apartment is close to the subway and bus station, there is also a big supermarket within 2 minutes from the apartment. The hosts were nice and responsive.

Excelente, bonito y limpio.

La limpieza es en lo que más me fijo donde quiera que vaya, y estaba muy limpio. Las sábanas y las toallas olían muy bien. Estaba todo impecable. Además, la decoración muy acogedora. Nos dejaron café, agua, aceite, sal, azúcar... cosas que se agradecen.

Lo único que puedo decir, por decir algo y que lo tengan en cuenta para el próximo, es que las colchas que protegían el sillón olían a que estaban sin lavar y olían un poco, pero quizás porque yo soy un poco tiquismiquis. No hay nada más negativo que pueda decir.

Könnyen megközelíthető tömegközlekedéssel és gyalog is! Jó elhelyezkedéssel. Applikáción keresztüli belépés, kiválóan működött. Az ügyfélszolgálat gyorsan reagált a kérdéseinkre. A bekészített kapszulás kávé és a palackozott víz, kedves gesztus. You can easily access it by public transport and on foot! The location is really convenient. Access via app was a breeze! The customer service was super helpful and responsive, answering all our questions with a quick response. The capsule coffee and bottled water they included was a lovely gift.
