Era una bella struttura a livello estetico, comode le bici, la lavastoviglie e la lavatrice.

Mancavano le pods della lavastoviglie per tutta la settimana (ce n’erano solo due), stessa cosa per i rotoli di carta igienica e i sacchetti della spazzatura. Il divano letto cigolava, alcune zone erano sporche dal soggiorno precedente. Durante la notte ci hanno rubato un paio di scarpe di valore, che avevamo lasciato sul pianerottolo (chiuso, questo non tanto per la steuttura in sè). Nel caso in cui si voglia lasciare le valigie un paio d’ore in più e tornare più tardi a prenderle bisogna pagare un supplemento. Non vengono fornite le chiavi fisiche per aprire le due porte di ingresso, nel caso in cui il telefono sia scarico si rimane chiusi fuori, inoltre è scomodo aspettare che la porta si chiuda da sola e doverla riaprire nel caso in cui non si blocchi automaticamente

Good and friendly communication, the apartment itself was very clean and spacious for 2 people. We didn't mind that it was on the ground floor, of course keep in mind that because of this you cannot open the windows (not much light). While we didn't use the kitchen, it had everything to cook. The bathroom was nice, so was the bed. Having bikes was great, we used them on several days. The city center is only about 10 minutes away by bike, we also biked all the way to the beach. Highly recommended!

Nothing negative to share, but some feedback/points to keep in mind: - it would be good to mention on the property page (fine print) that guests have to download an app/register through a website link. I'm mentioning this because there are many scams happening with hotels and guests often receive malicious links. In this case we contacted the hosts and afterwards we were reassured that everything is legit, which is totally fine. I still think it would be good to give potential guests a heads up before they book. - the place is right in front of a garbage collecting place. Again, it didn't really affect our experience negatively but it's good to keep this in mind. The smell was quite bad most of the times that we entered/excited (probably increased due to the heat/humidity). Sometimes the door wouldn't open for us when coming back, only after several attempts (no physical key), then it was a bit tough as we had to ensure the bad smell until we managed to enter - you enter and exit the apartment via an app/web app, with a digital key. I already mentioned some delays at times when entering the apartment, which got better after a few days (was reported to the hosts, perhaps they fixed it). I think it would be good to also provide physical keys to the guests. It felt a bit strange knowing we can only enter with our phones (what id they run out of battery, or the phone dies?) Again, this is just feedback for the hosts/information for future guests, however these points didn't affect our overall experience in a bad way, it's still a great place to stay at for your time in Valencia :)

Het was gemakkelijk na het invullen van een uitgebreid formulier. En belangrijk om te vermelden dat het toegangsfilmpje handig is om te kijken. De fietsen waren top en heel handig. En het was een fijn verblijf. Goed en fijn contact gehad met de host heel goed te bereiken.

De plek en de straat was een beetje jammer met het afval. En we hadden niet echt uitzicht en daglicht. Daarnaast sliep de slaapbank niet heel lekker maar het was prima. Kortom een heel fijn verblijf en een echte top host!!

No me e piaciuto il sistema di aprire la porta e una aplicazione difficile de intalare al telefono, avevo sempre paura di restare fuori e quando siamo arrivate la ragazza ha provato installare la aplicazione e fare il chek in e pure lei e stata una ora provando veramente un incubo 2 cosa c'erano dei scarafaggi che salivano nel le pentola e nei piatti e nel bagno 3 nella notte c'era sempre delle luce di sicurezza ascessa dentro della camera che no permettono riposare e sono nel 3 luce fastidiose 4 ho provato usare la lavatrice e aveva la centrifuga rumorosa asoldante. Ho proprio dormito per forma di dire. Da incubo.
