We are a family of 6, kids age 17, 14, 13, 8. We liked everything, seriously nothing to complain about. Apartment looks nice & cosy, street level no lift or stairs, it is fully equipped of everything, consist in 1 double bedroom, 2 single beds, and sofa bed which is big enough. 2 bathrooms and a little yard.

In the area.. 3 mins walk you find a little supermarket “Charters,” a butcher @ a cafeteria, bus stop is 2 mins away, although the area is quite. The only cons is just there is one TV.

ЭТО ФАНТАСТИЧЕСКАЯ КВАРТИРА !!!! Мы были там 4 дня с семьей в декабре. Путешествовали 3 недели по Европе, эта была САМАЯ ЛУЧШАЯ квартира из четырех где мы жили! Новая, современная, очень чистая, очень стильная, большая, теплая, тихая. Красивая, чистая посуда, бытовая техника новая, современная. Кофемашина Krups, посудомойка, стиральная машина и СУШИЛКА фирмы Bosch!!!!! А какие шикарные полотенца.... супер! Толстые, мягкие вкусно пахнут! В квартире 2 ванных комнаты, с душем, туалетом !!! Кондиционеры в каждой комнате, и обогреватели в ванных!!! Одна ванна приспособленная для людей с ограниченными возможностями, поэтому там душ без бортика, вода немного вытекает после принятия душа, ну это не страшно, мы все понимали и если мокро можно чуть подтереть или принимать душ в другой ванной. В квартире есть абсолютно все для готовки, стирки, уборки, капсулы для посудомойки!!!! Мы даже не знаем к чему придраться, все было великолепно! НАМ ОЧЕНЬ ПОНРАВИЛАСЬ КВАРТИРА !!!! Первый этаж, пол холодный, берите тапочки, если будете там жить в холодное время. Но сама квартира теплая!! Прям рядом кафе, можно попить кофе, тут же выставляют столики и стулья на улице, из квартиры видно, но людей там всегда очень мало, так что не страшно, когда открыты шторы. Можно убрать плотные шторы, оставить тюль и будет все нормально. Рядом 2 супермаркета, прекрасное Кафе с выпечкой на углу, до метро 5 минут пешком. До центра города 15-20 минут пешком или 6-7 евро на такси (2025г.) СПАСИБО ЗА ХОРОШИЙ ОТДЫХ В ПРЕКРАСНОЙ КВАРТИРЕ!!!

Nous étions 5 adultes. Appartement très beau, très propre, confortable, spacieux, lumineux… Alba a été très sympathique et flexible. Équipements de qualité. Localisation dans un quartier à 30 min à pied du centre ville ou 10 min en bus/ taxi….

Tout était super. Pour dire quelque chose, Localisation, un peu éloignée du centre ville, mais ce n’était pas un problème pour nous…

El apartamento está a pie de calle, todo es nuevo y nos sorprendió la limpieza. Todo muy limpio y ordenado. Es tal cual se ve en las fotos. Nos dejaron toallas limpias para todos. Y la cocina está totalmente equipada. Sin duda, volveríamos a repetir.

Appartement agréable

Appartement très agréable, récemment rénové, situé dans un quartier populaire à proximité de la gare. L’hôte a été très aimable et la communication s’est faite sans problème, même si nous ne l’avons pas rencontrée en personne. L’appartement était propre, mais nous avons malheureusement trouvé des cafards à l’intérieur — un phénomène assez courant dans le sud de l’Espagne en raison du climat, mais qui a malgré tout impacté la qualité de notre séjour.

Die Wohnung ist perfekt für eine Städtereise nach Valencia für vier Erwachsene

Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und für zwei Paare oder eine Familie mit erwachsenen Kindern perfekt, weil es zwei Bäder gibt. Alles ist gut zu Fuß oder mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen. Direkt vor der Wohnung ist eine kleine Bar und es kann abends auch mal ein bisschen länger auf der Terrasse geredet werden. Das hat aber uns nicht gestört. Wir mögen es, wenn es lebendig ist.
