the only thing missing was a small screen or curtain to separate the bedroom and living room

La proximidad al centro de Valencia, el estado de limpieza, los servicios que disponía y el barrio donde está situado. Además de la comunicaci y amabilidad de los dueños.

Por decir algo...aunque dispine de lavadora con secado incluido estaría bien que hubiera un tendedero portátil para acabar de rematar el secado de la ropa

El estudio era cómodo

Poca flexibilidad en la hora de entrada y salida, sin posibilidad de dejar la maleta. Además la anfitriona intentó cobrarnos 50 euros por entrar 2 horas antes.

Bien provisto y no lejos del centro

Menaje completo y limpieza adecuada. Todo bastante nuevo. 2 televisores parece excesivo. Poder aparcar sin problema en los alrededores.

No poder abrir la ventana con tranquilidad para ventilar porque el estudio se encuentra a pie de calle. Lo suyo sería poder abrir el cristal superior también.

No se especificaba muy bien que era toda la habitación - living - cocina - comedor compartido. Pensaba que estaría todo separado, pero no fue problema ya que éramos todas mujeres.

Molto pulita e fornita di ogni confort ( tranne la lavastoviglie) Vicina ai bus che ti consentono di andare sia in centro he al mare

La presenza di un’unica finestra in corrispondenza della porta, e la mancanza nella parte superiore dei vetri oscurati, i vicini del palazzo di fronte se non si è attenti possono vedere tutto all’interno. Consiglio l’acquisto di un scolapasta in quanto l’appartamento ne è sprovvisto

La decoración era muy bonita y te hacia la instancia cómoda. La mesa para trabajar y el espejo de cuerpo entero disponibles.

No esperaba que fuera un bajo con puerta directamente a la calle, porque no lo vi mencionado en ningún sitio. Pero aún así no fue ningún incoveniente

Recomiendo usar bus 8 y taxi desde estación al llegar e irse.

Sencillo y con todo lo básico. Todo funciona. Es todo nuevo.

Debería explicar mejor la llegada desde la estación del tren y la parte de transporte. Es un barrio lindo pero para el turista llegar y salir, sin explicaciones, es difícil. No tiene buena ventilación.

Como en casa.

Todo estaba nuevo. Tenías lo básico que puedes encontrarte en cualquier hogar: útiles de limpieza, café, azúcar, papel albal... Plancha, secador, ambientes diferenciados con dos televisores. Perfecto para una familia.

Por poner un pero... los mandos de las televisiones compartían frecuencia, y debíamos cambiar de cadena o el volumen con mucho cuidado para no molestarnos entre nosotros.

MUY RECOMENDABLE, SOBRETODO POR LA UBICACIÓN. FÁCIL APARCAMIENTO CERCA

Hubo un problema con la cajetilla donde están las llaves metidas, pero les llamé y tardaron unos 15 min en venir con otras llaves, así que el percance se solucionó enseguida

La limpieza es lo que menos me gustó. Se nota que están acabados de reformar y todavía queda en el suelo suciedad incrustada de la obra, por lo que parece más sucio de lo que está realmente. Necesita una limpieza post obra más exaustiva.
