The apartment was exceptionally clean and beautifully arranged. It has absolutely everything you might need during your stay. Special praise goes to the hosts, who truly made our stay even better. They were always available, kind, and willing to help in any situation. The apartment is well connected by public transport, but if you’re visiting primarily to enjoy the beach and the city, as we did, it may feel a bit far and require more time and effort to get around.

The apartment is quite small—ideal for two people, but simply too cramped for more than that. We also didn’t like the fact that there was no window, so we were entirely dependent on the air conditioning, which stopped working at one point (although the hosts resolved the issue quickly). The apartment is at ground level, facing the park, and is accessed via a code, which means that anyone with the code can enter at any time.

Amazing apartment. Very kind and thoughtful host. Very good location , connected very well by buses that are very close by the apartment, you can either go to city centre or to the beach from there without any hassle. The apartment has everything you would need during the stay. Communication is flawless and Merche is always there if you have any questions or concerns. I highly recommend this place

El estudio es perfecto para una estancia corta como la que tuve o incluso mas larga ya que tiene todo lo necesario para hacer vida normal. Además está en una zona tranquila por la que puedes pasear y tomar algo sin ningún tipo de problema, además de aparcar fácilmente, muy importante si tenemos que viajar con coche por obligación como es mi caso. La verdad que un acierto total y tanto Merche como Juan han sido muy atentos en todo momento, cuando vuelva a Valencia o alrededores ya se donde me alojaré!!!
