The "apartment" is nicely decorated with modern furniture and the space is a very nice size. The host is quick to respond and instructions are clear for entry.

This is not really meant to be an apartment, it's obvious that the entire street is designed for commercial use. The owner of this apartment as well as many others on this street are converting a space for a store or restaurant into an apartment rental. The front door is glass and people are passing and lights from passing cars and motorcycles are disturbing. The bathroom has a door that is connected to a space behind the door where people are talking and it sounds like they are in the bathroom with you. My husband had to put towels under the door so we could use the bathroom. Very strange space. Before we saw the apartment we hoped it may be available for one more night, but it wasn't and after spending a night in a very hard and uncomfortable mattress, we were happy that we didn't book for two nights.

El apartamento D es muy grande. Era muy espacioso. Solo estuve una noche por reunirnos para la cena familiar de Navidad. Muy bien equipado con menaje y pequeños electrodomésticos. Se ve bastante nuevo.

Al ser un apartamento en un local, el techo es demasiado alto y entonces la bomba de calor , no calentó demasiado el apartamento. Los edredones eran demasiado cortos para la cama, yo creo que eran de 135, y no de 150 que era la cama.

El apartamento está muy limpio,bonito y acogedor y la ubicación es perfecta.Puedo decir que es uno de los mejores B&B en los que he estado hasta ahora. Enhorabuena por cómo lo estáis haciendo seguir así 😊

Sitio con fenomal relación calidad-precio para pasar unos días de visita en Valencia.

Estaba todo muy limpio y nuevo. La decoración y el ambiente eran muy acogedores. El baño es muy grande. Metro y bus están relativamente cerca, no hay que coger coche. Cerca hay supermercados. Pese a estar en un bajo, prácticamente no se oía ruido de la calle.

A partir de las 8:00 se podía escuchar ruido en el baño del local de al lado, que comunicaba con una puerta que estaba siempre cerrada. Había algo de olor de taller. El anfitrión comentó que era por unas obras de otro apartamento y que procurarán dejar de hacer ruido cerca de la puerta. Supongo que pronto dejará de escucharse, una vez esté terminado. Hay que llevar antifaz si se duerme en el sofá porque pasa algo de luz de la calle.
