Pianoterra, facile accesso x persone disabili, quartiere tranquillo, pulizia.

The place was really nice and comfortable, and the location was where I was looking to stay. Evening was clean and there’s everything you need to feel comfortable.
The form that you have to fill before they send you the code to access the apartment was not very well designed, I was going to stay alone but the system didn’t allow me to continue until I added the details of my mother because I had her ID card. Also to upload the ID card is very awkward and I had to exit the system all together and enter again because it froze when I added the photos of the IDs. After I managed to complete the process they sent me the code straight away
