Excellent stay in a great apartment with wonderful hosts.

Loved the apartment. It was well located for everything we wanted to do and close to a very good grocery and cafes. The kitchen was well equipped and the furnishings were very comfortable. We loved the terrace! Communication was excellent and we loved having no keys to keep track of. Hosts were very accommodating and allowed a late check out and baggage storage. We would definitely stay again.

Not quite what we're used to

The apartment was spacious, secure and quiet.

The smell of drains on entering the apartment, the mould around the showers, the outdoor furnishings, no blind in the main bedroom, just a badly fitted curtain. The kettle was a small travel one. The air con in the bedroom "buzzed" every minute or so. We had to switch it off and rely on the fan. Overall, we thought the apartment was just tired.

the AC, washing machine, 20mins on foot to the centre of the city, no keys- only digital, many bars in the area, distance from the airport (15 mins by car), balcony

Cockroaches, no vacuum- only broom and that wasn’t ideal because when you get back home all sandy from the beach, there is no way you’ll be able to broom all the sand, next thing is that I don’t understand the double photos of the exact same rooms before and after renovating- it confuses a lot, no basics like oil or pepper, very cramped corridor between the elevator and the apartments, bathroom can be flooded very easily, parking

Great stay to visit Valencia

The apartment is perfectly located to reach the main points of interest in the city center. It is a spacious, clean apartment with a large terrace perfect to enjoy sunny days. Beds were comfortable, even the ones in the living room. The only flaw we found was in the kitchen: when using the pots we noticed that some were not very clean and seemed to have a hint of mold. Probably the previous guests did not dry them properly, but cleanliness should always be checked when guests leave. This was the only flaw in an otherwise very clean apartment, but it can be easily resolved

Good location, but not that clean.

The host was super nice and responsive on our questions. The location is a good one, close to the metro where you have lots of connections.

It wasn't that clean. The walls were dirty, they had lots of stain that could have been removed before our arrival, the bathrooms were having hair on the tiles and in the shower, the boiler was leaking water and in a morning we find the kitchen with lot of water that we had to clean, it was very cold despite of the electric heather that was provided by the host and we could hear the noise on the street very loud which was make it hard for us to sleep.

Fijn appartement, wel oordoppen mee

Het is echt een heel mooi en comfortabel appartement! De bedden zijn heel goed, het is schoon en alles is aanwezig!

Maar let op: het is echt extreem gehorig! Zowel in het appartement zelf met buren als van buiten: de slaapkamers liggen aan de voorkant en die straat is erg rumoerig tot heel laat. Er zit alleen enkele beglazing in dus je hoort echt alles! Heel vervelend en een echt nadeel

La struttura era molto pulita , dotata di tutti i comfort per chi viaggia con bambini piccoli , eravamo due famiglie con bambini e ci siamo trovati benissimo il proprietario della strutta una persona di una gentilezza unica è stato a nostra completa disposizione in totale discrezione … inoltre posizione comoda per raggiungere i punti più visitata di Valencia a piedi , la consiglio vivamente 😁

Een prima appartement dat helaas voor ons net iets te ver lopen was van de stad. Tweepersoons bedden zijn te smal, liever twee eenpersoons bedden. 4 personen achter elkaar douchen met warm water is niet mogelijk. Regelmatig dan ook koud water. Wiebelig salontafeltje.

De locatie van het appartement was super makkelijk te bereiken met de metro vanuit het vliegveld. Ook stond je zo in het centrum met de metro. Als je wilde wandelen was je binnen 15 minuten midden in het centrum. Het appartement was netjes. Twee badkamers waren ideaal!! En het terras was prima, hier ook lekker buiten gezeten. Een airco was super.

Niks, het was een goed appartement voor een prima prijs.

Prettige uitvalsbasis voor een citytrip Valencia

Goede locatie, vlakbij het centrum. Parkeergarage in de buurt, supermarkten op wandelafstand. Het appartement zelf is ruim, proper en voorzien van alle nodige faciliteiten: koelkast, vaatwasmachine, koffiezetapparaat, wasmachine. In de straat vind je verschillende bars en restaurants om iets te drinken en eten.

Het appartement ligt in een levendige buurt wat op zich erg leuk is. De slaapkamers vooraan hebben echter enkelglas, waardoor we wel wat last hadden van straatlawaai. Met de ramen open slapen is niet meteen een optie. Gelukkig is er airco.
