Location worked well for us. Property was very clean and nice to have 2 bathrooms.
We couldn’t get in once using the mobile app and difficult to describe problem with the servicing company

Tolle, große Wohnung in schöner und praktischer Lage in einem Wohnviertel in Valencia, man ist zu Fuß in 15 min in der Altstadt, Supermärkte und Cafés/ Tapasbars sind in der Straße. Betten sind sehr bequem, die Küche ist toll ausgestattet und die Terrasse hat uns gefallen. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war hervorragend, Antworten kamen innerhalb von Minuten.
Die Wohnung ist extrem (!) hellhörig. Man versteht den Fernseher der Übermieter und jedes Wort. Auch die Geräusche der Straße sind wirklich sehr laut in den Schlafzimmern zu hören. Wenn unten die Haustüre zu geht ist auch das die ganze Nacht sehr laut hörbar. Das muss man eben hinnehmen bei einer Unterkunft in Stadtmitte und Altbau. Ebenso die ein oder andere Kakerlake :)

Alojamiento estupendo. Marcellino hizo todo muy fácil, ayudándonos en todo lo que estaba en su mano. La ubicación del apartamento es estupenda, es una zona llena de bares y comercios y muy cerca del centro. Además cuenta con una terraza muy agradable. Lo recomendaría una y mil veces. La próxima vez que vaya a Valencia no dudaré en quedarme en su apartamento!
Como aspectos a mejorar diría que uno de los colchones estaba hundido, sería bueno que se cambiara en un futuro cercano. Además, las ventanas no insonorizaban por lo que durante la madrugada se escuchaba bastante el sonido de la calle.
