Valencia in 4 days

The flat is very comfy, modern, very well equiped even for longer stay, clean and quite good location (a bit longer walk to the old center) in safe, quiet neighbourhood. The staff was very responsive, nice and helpfull. And the supermecado is just a few feet away.

We didn't find cafes, tapas bar or restaurant in the close vicinity but there are some in the walking distance (15-20 minutes) from the flat. .

Property small and we have booked 2 x triplet room for 6 of us, the towel & blanket are only for 2. Text the host but no reply. Not recommend.

There was cockroaches everywhere. The most disgusting place that i have ever been. We didin't sleep three days because there was cockroach next to my son bed. There was cockroaches even in the cupboards. I cant give score 0. Thats why i give 1.

nice studio apartment

I rent this studio apartment with a good discount, and i appreciate this option, 320 eur for 6 nights in February. Apartments is located on the ground floor, door is opening just on the street. So you do not need to enter any kind of lobby of something that's useful if you have a bike (for example). The supermarket is 1 minute walk. The kitchen is well-equipped, and I cook a lot ;) In this apartment I could live a long stay for sure.

i din't like that check in after 20:00 cost +30 eur extra, because management use lock box for check in and there is no confusion with late check in in my opinion. Also, i'm disappointed that i should pay 150 eur security deposit outside of Booking and show my bank card information for someone else outside of Booking. I would like Booking make this option just inside Booking web cite.

I stayed for 12 h to do a flight transfer i had to pay 300£ transfered to their provate account , the next day they said

It was fine for a couple of days. I liked having a washing machine.

Shower gel and shampoo was practically empty in the shower. No soap or trash can in the bathroom. There was a leak in the bathroom and no one came to look at it when they were supposed to. Floor was dirty from street dust. A man almost unlocked the door and walked in on me naked to get a cord from hanging from the ceiling. Looks like there were 3 patch work things done in the ceiling.

Very modern furnished

The location was fine, the bus to the city center was only a few minutes walk away. The accommodation was very nice, new and modern furnished, we loved it.

Unfortunately the ventilation was not ideal, the accommodation has no windows. It was fine with the air conditioning on. Furthermore, the street noise was mostly clearly audible.

Excellent ground-floor apartment, straight off the quiet street, well decorated and good facilities.

There was a bit of a mix-up about arrangements for my getting into the property, which happened to coincide with a thunderstorm. I didn’t get the video they sent me with instructions - perhaps there was on over-reliance on modern methods of electronic communication. But it was sorted out eventually, and once I got into the apartment, all the thunderclouds disappeared.

Aesthetic but not practical. The designer never lived it on an apartment like this one.

Poco funcional, faltaban cosas basicas como dónde colgar los abrigos o las toallas en el baño, lugares para dejar la ropa. Muy pequeño para 4 personas. Muy poca luz natural y también poca luz en general, sobre todo en el baño. La app de check in muy engorrosa, no permite cargar manualmente los pasaportes y si o si pide usar la camara, ademas de que falla y hay que volver a repetir el proceso, hay mejores. Bastante decepcionante. No era la mejor ubicación tampoco

El Apartamento es muy pequeño, no caben 4 personas, no hay agua caliente suficiente para 4 personas, las camas son incomodas, en especial el sofá cama, el colchón esta hundido. Este apartamento no vale para 4 personas es muy pequeño. Esta a pie de calle y se escucha mucho ruido de la calle.

Mini appartamento nuovissimo e molto curato nei particolari. Dotato di tutto anche se noi essendo fuori tutto il giorno rientravamo solo x dormire. Letto comodo e apprezzatissimi i prodotti della Ritual in bagno.

Probabilmente era un negozio su strada, trasformato in mono locale. Noi eravamo in quattro, mio marito ed io e due ragazze adolescenti, siamo Stati stretti e anche il fatto di non poter aprire le finestre perché stavamo sulla strada, è stato disagevole. Abbiamo trovato due blatte, il proprietario è stato gentile a dre che ci avrebbe disinfettato l'appartamento, ma noi avevamo le valigie aperte e tutto incastrato dentro. Il quartiere è un po disagiato. Per qualche giorno è stato ok, ma non ci tornerei.

Apartment mit guter Lage und super für junge Leute.

Die Lage war top, quasi mitten in der Altstadt. Viele Restaurants und auch Bars waren in der Nähe. Keine 5 Minuten zur großen Markthalle. Gut für junge Leute. Gut ausgestattet Küche, bequeme Betten. 3 kleine Balkone. Trotz der Lage relativ ruhig. Sehr sehr coole Dachterrasse, top Ausblick, gut zum Essen und chillen.

Es gab leider keine Klimaanlage, was bei knapp 40 Grad sehr gut gewesen wäre, aber die Ventilatoren haben etwas geholfen. Man konnte es aushalte. Lediglich im Badezimmer war es teils sehr unerträglich, da es dort unglaublich heiß und auch feucht war. Beim öffnen der Tür mit der App hatten wir häufig Probleme, wir standen zum Teil einige Minuten vor der Tür und sie lies sich nicht öffnen.

Gyors, gördülékeny kapcsolattartás, pontos bő leírás pl. a bejutásról(applikációról működtethető nyitás-zárás). Nagyon tiszta volt az apartman és jól felszerelt! A konyha és a fürdőszoba egyaránt! Még meg vasaló is van.

Csak egy javaslat: a törölközőnek lehetne akasztó a fürdőszobában (legalább annak amibe a kezeket töröljük)
