The proximity to the city center and the facilities of the apartment. The fact that it has two bathrooms it’s great.
The flat is quite noisy and the soundproofing is not very good.

The apartament is very well located, right next to the entrance in the old city center and the botanical garden.
The host was prompt and was nice to let us check-in early and call the cleaning service when needed.
Unfortunately, the place could use a lot of love, a new coat of paint (in the bedrooms), a really good cleaning, both down and up (especially if you travel with kids I wouldn't recommend). Because the outside walls of the bedrooms are in bad shape, there is a smell of mould in the master bedroom.
