3x Air conditioning units, spacious, nice, well equipped with everything for cooking, even supplementary deodorant, toothpaste, … The owner very helpful, available 24/7.
If you sleep on the couch the noise from the road can be unpleasant but not unbearable. The beds are quiet narrow.

Schlüssel gibt der Eigentümer nicht her. Tür lässt sich mit einem Code öffnen. Sauberkeit, auch im Bad, mau. Lage abgelegen. Betten wenig bequem. Nachbarn laut. Stadtviertel sozialschwach.
