Comfortable two bed apartment with attached baths. Very close to the metro.

The apartment has a spacious outdoor seating area to relax. Excellent location, very close to the metro station. There is a small bakery across the street. Easy access to Turia park and very near to the Valencia Museum of History.

The street cleanliness could be better, but I guess that is on the city.

Cozy, clean and convenient

Nice apartment with all the needed amenities, at a very nice and peaceful location, next to the park and to a metro station.

Low water pressure at the showers and maybe the "yard" could be a bit more taken care of.

The location was very easy to find and convenient because it was very close to the metro station. The neighborhood was friendly & quiet with easy access. The apartment was new & quite big (2 separate bathrooms for 2 bedrooms)

Good location, easy check-in and out, nice and clean flat, would recommend for family stay

Easy access to the flat, the instruction were provided in advance on email and all was absolutely clear. On arrival had few questions, which were answered quickly on the phone and everything was fine. The flat is newly refurbished, everything is brand new, nice, clean and working properly. The flat has two bathrooms, which for a family of 4 is perfect, one for each bedroom. The water heater is kind of small for 4 people, slightly bigger one will be better. The kitchen is fully equipped, it has all that you need. The only recommendation about the kitchen is a BI Oven to be fitted, maybe is planed for future as the place for it below the hob stays empty right now, it's not a big miss, but it will be good to have it. The location is good, very close to public transport, shops and places to eat. Overall, I would recommend the apartment and would come back if I stay again in Valencia with my family.

El apartamento es bastante grande ,es la planta baja,entrada directo de la calle y muy importante: tiene una terraza grande interior, de todo necesario la cocina para preparar comida como en casa,limpio,cama muy comoda y cerca de parada de autobús o metro para ir a toda parte.,una panadería enfrente y una tienda ,a final de la calle otra abierta 24 de 24 h,bares si restaurantes alrededor.Seguro que repetía otra vez si llegamos a Valencia. ,

Para mi la almohada está muy inflada porque no me gusta muy alto,pero para resto de la fam.y estaba bien y único que podía decir es que se oía dentro de la calle, como pasaban hablando..

Mooi appartement! .

Mooi ruim appartement schoon met goed terras. Alle benodigdheden aanwezig. Lekkere bakker dichtbij supermarkt aan de overkant en grotere ook vlakbij. Metro ook in de buurt. Behulpzaam personeel. Lekkere douche.

Zitcomfort op het terras was iets minder...ook de bank binnen zat niet helemaal optimaal...sommigen hadden wat problemen met de bedden, het gevoel dat ze iets in een kuil lagen.

Locatie wel wat verder van het centrum vandaan maar met de metro of op de fiets (via de Turia) prima te doen.

Très très bien avec un petit manque d'équipement

Le métro et les bus sont à proximité et c'est super pour aller à la plage ou en ville. Le logement est propre et bien conçu. Literie confortable. Hôte très réactif et agréable.

Manque un peu d'équipement de base (huile, sel, poivre) alors qu'il y a une salière et poivrière... Pas de produit pour le lave vaisselle. Et nous avions des capsules pour la machine à laver car il n'y en a pas dans le logement. Il pourrait y avoir aussi des jouets dans le kit bébé qu'on paie.

Гарне розташування - поруч метро, магазини, великий парк, зоопарк, до центра також можна дістатися досить швидко. Найкраще у помешканні - зручності у номері. Є все, що необхідно, особливо якщо ви подорожуєте з маленькими дітьми. На вимогу надають також дитяче ліжко, ванночку та стілець (за доплату). Кухня та необхідні кухонні засоби, пральна машинка, микрохвильовка, телевізор з вбудованим YouTube, кондиціонер - все, що може знадобитись, і все у хорошому стані. Новий ремонт. Гарна тераса.

Могло б бути більше розеток, але це точно не критична проблема.

Ottimo soggiorno in una città in cui c'e' molto da vedere e da fare

Spazi molto ampi, molto vicino alla stazione della metro. Appartamento molto pulito ed arredato cin gusto

Manca la tenda del soggiorno. La camera da letto piccola da proprio sulla strada e la finestra (molto ampia) non è sfruttabile.

Mi è piaciuto molto il fatto che ogni stanza avesse il suo bagno, l’appartamento era nuovo poi la terrazza veramente stupenda.

Non mi è piaciuto il fatto che dalla porta d’ingresso è la vetrata affianco si vedessero le persone passare.

Bajo a ras de calle pero bien ubicado

El apartamento está bien ubicado, tiene una parada de metro cerca y supermercados alrededor. Además hay un descampado en frente donde se puede aparcar sin problemas.

Me llevé una gran decepción cuando al llegar allí vi que se trataba de un bajo al ras de calle. En el anuncio de booking ni en las fotos se aprecia ni se especifica que se trate de un bajo a ras de calle. El problema no es que sea un bajo, con el ruido de la calle que conlleva eso, el problema es que es un bajo que huele a humedad, y tiene muy poca luz. La verdad que le doy mi enhorabuena al fotógrafo que hizo las fotos para la web del anuncio, porque parece muy soleado, pero no es así. Sólo hay ventanas en los dormitorios y son opacas para que no se vea el interior desde la calle. Además los baños no tienen ventilación y el olor a alcantarilla y humedad es horrible. Hay aparatitos antibichos por toda la casa, ya que hay cucarachas. El suelo estaba lleno de polvo y había bichitos muertos debajo del sofá, se nota que no habían pasado un cepillo por debajo de los muebles en mucho tiempo. El patio que da a la cocina no es nada útil, ya que te ven todos los vecinos desde todas las ventanas, y además hay carteles pidiendo, no hablar fuerte, no hacer ruido de música y no jugar con pelotas, lo cual si vas con niños es bastante inútil tener ese patio, al que no salimos durante toda la estancia. En resumen, es un local comercial convertido en piso, muy mono con muebles muy modernos de madera, pero no deja de ser un bajo sin luz y oliendo a humedad. Sólo hay un split de aire acondicionado para toda la estancia. Los colchones se veían nuevos, pero muy duros. Cuando llegamos solo había sábanas en las camas, ni una manta ni colcha ni nada en pleno febrero. Tuvimos que rebuscar para poner los nórdicos sin nada, sin funda ni protector, con lo antihigiénico que es eso, sobre todo si vas con niños pequeños. Definitivamente muy decepcionada, me esperaba otra cosa por 120€ la noche y luego encima 65€ de cargo por limpieza (la cual dejaba que desear). Encima te retienen 250€ de fianza durante una semana. En fin, no lo recomiendo
