About this apartment rental
Beautiful 60 m2 apartment at the entrance to the city, brand new, very well located in a quiet neighborhood with all amenities. Right next to the exit of the "Bonaire" shopping center and a 5-minute walk from the Gran Turia Shopping Center (movie theaters, gym, Carrefour, restaurants). The Bioparc Zoo is a 20-minute walk or a 5-minute drive away.
The house has all the amenities, including fiber-optic internet, Netflix, HBO, and Amazon Prime. Parking space included.
The space
The apartment is brand-new with every possible amenity; it’s a very cute and spacious apartment, perfect for spending a few days in Valencia. All windows face outward, and the blinds are automated.
General description of the neighborhood
The area is very pleasant and quiet; it’s located in a neighborhood just off the main Avenida del Cid. There are bars, restaurants, a pharmacy, and a store on the same street. A 5-minute walk from the apartment takes you to the “Gran Turia” shopping center, where you’ll find the ABC movie theaters, a gym, a Carrefour, and more. The General Hospital is 5 minutes away. Visit one of Spain’s best zoos, the Bioparc, a 20-minute walk or a 5-minute drive away.
How to get around the area
The metro (9 de Octubre station) is an 8-minute walk away, so you can easily reach downtown in 5 minutes. There’s also a bus stop where you can catch lines 93 and 98. Line 93 runs along Avd. Peris y Valero (in the Ruzafa neighborhood) and drops you off at the Paseo Marítimo (Malvarrosa Beach). On holidays, Line 98 also drops you off at the beach. A bike-sharing station (Valenbisi) is 5 minutes away.
