Terrible service from both Booking and the accommodation.

We booked two nights in an apartment with a kitchen and early check-in. When we arrived, there was no one at the property. After half an hour of trying to reach someone through the app, a man showed up who didn’t speak any English. Using Google Translate, he told us we couldn’t enter because the room was still dirty and needed to be cleaned. After a long and frustrating discussion via Google Translate, he eventually allowed us to go inside just to change clothes. Once inside, we were shocked — there was no kitchen as advertised, the place was extremely dirty, stains everywhere, black mold in the bathroom, and the swimming pool was green. There was no way this could be cleaned in a short time, and honestly, staying there felt like a health risk. I asked to speak to the owner immediately, but apparently, he was “not available.” This was very frustrating because we had an appointment and needed to get ready, but at the same time, we had to deal with this huge problem. One thing was certain — we were not going to stay there overnight. After an hour of back-and-forth through Google Translate, they offered us another apartment. We decided to give it a chance and asked to see it. When the young man opened the door, we saw that other people were already staying there! What happened to privacy and safety? At that point, we completely lost trust and felt very unsafe. We decided to call Booking, but after 45 minutes on hold, they simply hung up, and we never heard back. We were left standing there with no safe place to stay. Eventually, we left and sent an email to Booking, but to this day, we have not received our money back or any form of compensation from either Booking or the accommodation.

The bed was very comfortable

The room smelled like someone just finished going #2 when we were checking in. It began to fade, but came back later. My girlfriend says it smelled like sewage. Additionally, the pool is smaller than it seems from the photos. Also not all rooms have a kitchen despite what you see in the photos. You may need to request a room with a kitchen if you need one

The curtain shower needed a small table inside and most important that you can leave your luggages in your common parts if you arrive earlier than 4 and even when you're living because we had to go out at noon and our flight was at 22.30 pm.so much hassel to stay around with the luggage.even if you pay something small for leaving the luggages there .

Absolument rien vu que je n'ai pas eu le logement que j'ai louer.

⚠️ Logement non conforme – situation scandaleuse ⚠️ Logement sale et insalubre : matelas mouillé et retourné pour cacher la saleté, aucune eau chaude, fenêtre défectueuse, aucun équipement pour cuisiner, odeurs nauséabondes, meubles abîmés. On nous demande 100 € en espèces dès notre arrivée malgré l'empreinte bancaire laisser . Face à cet état inadmissible, nous avons été contraints de quitter le logement. Le propriétaire n’a apporté aucune solution, aucun relogement, aucun remboursement. Sur 4 logements loués par cette personne, aucun ne correspondait à l’annonce, tous dans le même état déplorable. 👉 À FUIR ABSOLUMENT. NE LOUEZ PAS. Il s’agit clairement d’une arnaque. Et la plateforme qui se dédouane de tout en proposant que 10% de dédommagement a utilisé sur leur site biensur.

no me gusto nada. Primero que desde el inicio todo parecía muy raro. Me dijeron que tenía que bookear 1 noche más, pero JAMAS me especificaron eso en ningún sitio, el día de llegar al alojamiento me dijeron que el cuarto que yo había rentado estaba "destrozado" y que me tenían que dar otro (sin cocina) o cancelar la reserva. Sin más opción, acepte y al llegar, el cuarto del lado (anterior rentado) tenía huéspedes (que claramente no habían destrozado el alojamiento). el alojamiento es sucio, cama y sabanas sucias, sabanas HASTA CON PELOS RIZADOS. Había cinta adhesiva pegada en el techo. el baño sucio. realmente una muy mala experiencia. sobre todo que desde el inicio, me hicieron cambiar de habitación.

La chica que me atendió muy maja quitando de eso… todo mal me ofrecieron otra habitación que se encontraba en frente y algo mejor que la anterior , la cama una lámina , no dejan mantas no tuvimos con que taparnos , el apartamento olía mal , aparte de haber moscas incluso un par de cucarachas salieron , el hidromasaje no fuimos capaces de llenarlo ya que el agua que sale es escasa , la ducha más de lo mismo no sale apenas agua, la verdad que una experiencia fatal , aparte das fianza de 100 euros en el cual siguen sin devolverme y me dan largas

Sinceramente, el apartamento estaba regular cuando llegamos, sucio (había un moho en la ducha del tamaño de una sandía), la entrega fue tarde y el personal MUY desagradable, borde, condescendiente y de muy poca ayuda. Para seguir NO TENÍAMOS NI SÁBANAS, nos tuvimos que tapar con una toalla, por lo menos el aire acondicionado funciona (lo único), después de dormir en esa cama voy a necesitar un par de sesiones de Fisioterapia por qué tanto como la cama y las almohadas, de lo peor que he visto… La localización bastante mala, el barrio cuando llegamos da bastante mal aspecto, pero luego resultó ser tranquilo La cuestión del asunto viene ya cuando por la noche, no podíamos dormir, el vecino de al lado nos encandiló con un recital/monólogo durante toda la noche. Menos mal que ponía que había que respetar las horas de sueño, eso sí, como para decírselo a la encargada… En general la estancia muy mal, la atención asquerosa, el piso sucio y un cómputo general muy malo

LAS FOTOS SON MENTIRA. En el alojamiento decia que venia con cocina y no era verdad. La cocina es de pega, es una foto de uso personal donde guardan lo de limpieza y no está abierto a huéspedes. El primer dia tuve que hacerles cambiar el agua de la piscina. Tenia tanto nivel de cloro que me hizo quemadura. El aire acondicionado es de pega, porque no funciona. Es una estafa. La habitación es enana, no podía abrir la maleta al completo. Las fotos están hechas con ojo de pez. Era mas grande la terraza que la habitación y eso que en la terraza cabían 3 personas

Muy comodo y bastante completo el apartamento. Pudimos organizar una cena romantica en el patio que quedo preciosa y muy acogedora. Volvería para organizar otra cena tipo asi porque es un lugar muy tranquilo. El personal muy amable y rápido tras los inconvenientes surgidos.

La limpieza era deficiente (en el jardin habia una cucaracha y una toalla sucia), la piscina no la pudimos usar porque olia fuerte a cloro y a parte el fondo estaba sucio de arenilla.

Een misleidende en vieze accommodatie waar ik niet heb kunnen verblijven en ander hotel gegaan

Dat er een hotel in de buurt was die ik kon boeken om daar geen nacht te hoeven door te maken.

Absoluut geen aanrader. Ik heb via Booking een kamer geboekt met keuken, maar bij aankomst bleek er helemaal geen keuken te zijn. Ik werd eerst naar een verkeerd adres gestuurd en daarna naar een andere locatie waar ik 30 minuten moest wachten op ontvangst. De ruimte die ik kreeg was vies, totaal niet zoals in deze advertentie stond op de foto's, en absoluut ongeschikt om in te verblijven. Ik heb hier uiteindelijk niet kunnen slapen en moest zelf op het laatste moment een ander hotel boeken. Booking bood slechts een compensatie van minder dan 10% van het volledige bedrag, terwijl ik de rest kwijt was. Dit voelt misleidend en onbetrouwbaar. Ik begrijp oprecht niet dat Booking.com dit soort accommodaties op hun platform toestaat. Voor mij nooit meer. Ga er alsjeblieft niet heen. Zie foto's van de daadwerkelijke ruimte bijgevoegd

Cuando salí corriendo porque puse reservar en un hotel.

Una habitación que olía a arqueta que tiraba para atrás, en la puerta de entrada recibimiento de cucarachas, la cortina de la ducha llena de moho y humedad por no hablar de el aire acondicionado lleno de moho, humedad y mal olor, tuve que reservar un hotel porque el colchón no sé el tiempo que tendrá pero te levantas peor que si duermes en el suelo, y luego te indican que no se puede fumar porque si no te cobran un dineral por desinfectar, lo que tendrían es que invertir en tener las cosas en condiciones y con un mínimo de higiene etc, tengo claro que quien visita ese lugar no vuelve. Deberían invertir algo del dinero que ganan en tener las cosas en condiciones que el dinero no lo regalan, que cuesta ganarlo y vamos yo no regalado vuelvo ahí, antes de nosotros había otra pareja que ellos se fueron nada más entrar por los malos olores, yo aguanté porque si cancelaba no me devuelven el dinero pero no aguante y me fui, resumiendo, no volverían aunque me pagarán por pasar la noche ahí.

La cama cómoda pero hacía ruido al moverse. Pésimo en todos los aspectos, ni un mísero jabón de manos. La piscina como el hielo (pone que no es climatizada, pero está helada). Cuando te duchas nos dimos cuenta que el agua salía por la otra pared de la habitación. Por no hablar de que cuando haces la reserva te pone cocina, nevera etc y no hay nada de eso, una simple habitación con su lavabo y mini terraza. La zona, es una avenida que no está mal hay mucho comercio y bares pero por la noche mejor que no salgas por la chusma que hay. Sobre la hora del check-in es a las 16 si llegas antes tienes que pagar 15€ (en ningún sitio me ha pasado), media hora antes me llaman para decirme que sería a las 17 porque no estaba preparada la habitación. Finalmente me la dieron a las 16:30 aprox. La fianza me la han devuelto.

La habitación con olor a humedad q no se podía respirar bien , el colchón no era cómodo y con olor a hongos no levanté las sábanas por miedo a ver algo más asqueroso q el olor q emanaba, las sábanas también tenían manchas q daban asco. HORRIBLE !!!!! Súper sucio ,lleno de cucarachas ,telas de araña .Me cobraron por la estancia 70 euros la noche y lo pasé fatal,un olor a cloaca increíble. Me tuve k ir al día siguiente y encima ni me reembolsaron ni un euro . Vamos faltan!!!!
