A cozy and spacious apartment with everything you might need

A cozy and spacious apartment with everything you might need – a washing machine, fridge, stove, and other amenities. Although it was cold inside, there were several heating options available (air conditioning, small radiators), so it was easy to keep the apartment warm. The location is good – public transport stops are nearby, as well as restaurants and shops.

We stayed during the marathon and needed a good night’s sleep, but the noise from the neighbors was very disturbing – everything could be heard, and even earplugs didn’t help. Also, having only one blanket for two people is not very convenient; it’s not something we are used to. There were three of us, so we didn’t use the sofa for sleeping, but it didn’t look very comfortable for that purpose anyway.

Nice flat in a great location

The flat has everything one might need during travelling including a washing machine which was great, the location is great too.

Location and easy self check in

The unit is pretty much outdated,not one single shelf or something to put your stuff on , the balcony door very hard to open and very filthy.No noise isolation what so ever ,ypu could hear every single sound from around the place.Also kitchen with no salt,sugar,oil .Those are essentials to have in the kitchen ,not mandatory but it would be nice .Kitchen drawers are about to fall of each time you try to open it.Needs refurbishing .

Exceptional

Appartment is close to the Turia garden, with access to various means of transportation. The area is not too noisy either. With the windows closed (it was too cold to leave anything open at night), we were not bothered by traffic, nor by neighbours. Beds are comfortable, even though a little sqeecky, kitchen was well equipped, the bathroom is big enough. There was a smart tv in the living room and a standard one in one of the bedrooms. Even if the appartment is on the 6th floor, the elevator is in good condition and it is big enough for a family of 4 and its luggage. A very nice thing was that we did not need to meet with anyone to get and return the keys. They were delivered through a coded box just outside the appartment. We were allowed to leave our luggage there even before the checkin hour, even if we could not actually start unpacking, as there had been other guests and the cleaning up had not been completed. We left much earlier than the checkout standard hour and we just left the key in the locked box.

I would have liked a few more options in terms of supermarkets in the area, but there is one general market and 2 fruit, vegetables and drinks markets within 5 minutes walking distance, so it was not that bad.

It was tidy, location was great with good links to the centre. Landlord was helpful when needed. Would stay there again if some of the issues were addressed.

There was a bit of mould in one of the rooms and the bathroom. We tried using the washing machine but it made our clothes extremely smelly and it made the whole flat smelly afterwards. One thing if you're traveling with a baby be aware there is a scrap yard right under so loud banging is expected early in the morning😅 otherwise it was a pleasant experience.

A very nice stay in a clean, secure and comfortable apartment in central Valencia

The host was very available and kind. We asked him a few questions regarding the apartment (keys, air conditioning, departure, etc.) and he always provided an answer within the hour. The apartment is big, the kitchen has everything needed for a long stay (~1 week or more) and it was overall very comfortable. It was thoroughly cleaned when we arrived which removed any doubt regarding its cleanliness :)

We had a few issues with the air conditioner in one of the rooms at some point, but thankfully it was a minor problem and in the end, we didn't need to operate it since the AC in the living room was more than enough. Marcos offered to have someone come over to repair the AC but we deemed it unnecessary.

Location is good. Close to bars, restaurants, supermarket.

Minimum facilities. No cooking essentials available such as oil, salt pepper etc. No shower gel or shampoo and we had to buy our own. No Aircon in the second bedroom.

El sofá se hundía bastante, las ventanas chirriaban supongo que por rodamientos gastados, el wc se movía y los rieles de la mampara también sonaban. Son pequeñas cosas mejorables porque en conjunto, estuvimos bien.

Clim ou ventilateur dans chaque pièce. Présence d’un four pour cuisiner à la maison. On a même eu des capsules pour le linge.

Estaba muy bien ubicado, cerca del centro y con todas las facilidades en el apartamento. It was well located, near the city center, 500 m walking. The apartment has all the facilities, really comfortable.

Me hubiera gustado que al menos tuviera lo básico, un poco de sal, azúcar, café o té . Es d agradecer llegar a un apartamento y tener lo básico para estar un par d días. Es un detalle que gusta y por el precio que se paga, tampoco implica mucho gasto.

Első tapasztalat,hogy nem teljesen az várt amit a képeken láttunk! Aztán kicsit jobban körbe néztünk és hát amit láttunk a tisztaságot tekintve az nagyon elkeserítő volt! Nagyon koszos fürdőszoba, az egyik hálószobában vastag fekete penész a falon!Azonnal felvettem a kapcsolatot a Booking.com-mal ahol első körben senki nem válaszolt az üzenetemre majd másnap a következő üzenetre kaptam választ ami nem teljesen volt kielégítő számomra! Második nap délután kiküldtek egy takarító csapatot akik próbálták helyre hozni a dolgokat de sajnos sikertelenül! Nagyon csalódottak voltunk!

La ubicación es lo mejor del piso

El piso necesita una buen lavado de cara, está todo muy viejo y estropeado. Humedades en las paredes. Los asientos del sofá se descolgaban y caían cuando los sacabas. Las persianas no bajaban. La TV del dormitorio no sintonizaba. De los mandos del aire acondicionado solo funcionaba uno (menos mal) Los armarios de las habitaciones los encontramos llenos de trastos y eso que hay una habitación cerrada con llave que ahí podían haberlo dejado

Ubicación perfecta.

La casa estaba muy bien situada, muy bien organizado el check in el check out, todo de forma digital. El tamaño del piso muy bien para cuatro personas, perfecto para dos que era nuestro caso. Las sabanas y toallas muy limpias, todo ordenado y las cosas básicas en la cocina. La limpieza regular, creo que deberían cuidar un poquito los textiles, cojines, cortinas, el sillón etc. los estores estaban bastante estropeados al igual que el armario de una de más habitaciones.

Estancia sin placer.

Cercanías de lugares de interés y transporte público. Para pasar varios días el apartamento reúne los elementos esenciales de una estancia temporal. Pese al desafortunado desenlace que tuvimos, el chico de la agencia se preocupó, se disculpó e intentó explicar el porqué del mal.

La cama cedió por su parte central y de madrugada caímos, le faltaban dos patas,dormimos con el colchón en el suelo. El edificio es antiguo y las paredes no guardan secretos y si te toca (como a nosotros )en el apartamento colindante una parejita "dándose" mucho cariño pues ya sabes, nuestro hijo creo que durmió poco. A las 10,50 am del día de nuestra marcha cuatro jóvenes italianos querían entrar y dejar las maletas, ya que el propietario así se lo había dicho, vamos un viajito de No placer.

Valencia sempre bella

L'appartamento seppur inserito in uno stabile condominiale un po' datato è ben tenuto, non manca nulla, piccolo problema, risolto spostando un termo scaldante elettrico, l'assenza del riscaldamento in bagno, nella stagione invernale, seppur mite di Valencia, si fa notare questa assenza. Il resto dell'appartamento ha tutte le dotazioni descritte e in ottimo stato. Cucina super attrezzata, non manca nulla per poter cucinare a casa. Posizione comoda per accdere al centro storivo e per muoversi all'esterno, possibilità di servirisi della Metro tramvia linea 4 fermata REUS, o Metro Turia, oltre ai bus; attività commerciali nella zona di ogni tipo consentono di avere quanto necessario per il soggiorno.

Valencia, una città tutta da vivere!

L’appartamento era molto accogliente, era ben fornito di tutti i servizi. Molto comodo perché aveva la cucina separata dalla zona giorno, oltre alle due camere. All’interno del bagno c’era una doccia molto grande, i vari saponi e l’asciugacapelli (con anche diffusore per i ricci). Inoltre era disponibile anche un comodo balcone, compreso di tavolino per fare una colazione. Condizionatore all’interno della sala e della camera, e due tv (con netflix, YouTube ecc). Ci siamo trovati molto bene, anche perché era ben fornito di bus per arrivare in centro e di tutti i servizi necessari, in un prossimo soggiorno risceglierei sicuramente questo appartamento. Inoltre l’host è sempre stato disponibile e gentile!
