Nightmare vacation !

It was close to the center ... thats the only advantage

The most major problem about which contacted you on the 1-st of January was because when we got up on this day we were not able to take a shower since there was no hot or even warm water (it’s winter and we are here with 9 year old child) . We waited for more than an hour and there was still NO warm water. There was. I hot water running in the kitchen either! So we washed ourselves somehow and wrote about the problem to Limehouse email and booking.com No one came to fix the problem through the all day. We didn’t expect that there will be no hot water on the next day as well- the second of January ! As of this moment we are still waiting for the problem to be fixed! Another major problem we wrote to you in our email of the 1-st of January was that since we arrived we were not able to flush the toilet. Hence we had to disassemble the upper part of the toilet and figure out how to make the toilet sink filling with some water so we can flush it. It’s still broken and we still can’t flush it properly! Other issues we have been dealing here with are: 1.⁠ ⁠For our 6 night stay for 2 adults and one 9 year old child we were provided with only 3 rolls of LOW QALITY toilet paper; one bag for the trash bin in the kitchen and no plastic bags for the bin in the bathroom! And just 1 kitchen roll 2.⁠ ⁠We had to use our imagination to figure out where we could possibly find a bed sheet for the second bed for the child (we found it under the bed) 3.⁠ ⁠Additional inconveniences is coursed by the lack of a working ventilator in the bathroom 4.⁠ ⁠There are no towels in the kitchen part - no hand towels , no towels to dry the dishes and no stand to dry them up. It’s not normal to expect us to use the washing mashing for every 3 dishes, especially when we have just one tablet for it! The WiFi is poor, and most of the time not working at all! We paid euro 931.50 for one bedroom , tiny apartment which is extremely overpriced even for a new years timeframe given all the described inconv

The ceiling fan was very loud, looked where and how I could turn it down or lower the fan intensity, but especially at night the sound was very prominent which disturbed the sleep.

A nice stay

The apartment had everything necessary for a short stay - dishes, detergent, dishwasher, coffee machine with complementary servings of coffee tea. The bus station was close. There was a supermarket nearby. It was clean.

The sofa bed was really uncomfortable, so we had to put the mattress on the floor to make it work. And there were no windows to the outside (only to the inner small courtyard). Also, with coffee, Limehomes used to give some powdered milk, which was nice - but now it was not there. And then there are some smaller remarks and suggestions for improvement: - The pedal function for the bin under the sink in the kitchen was broken. - There were no towel hooks in the bathroom, and just a couple of them would make a difference. - The door to the toilet was difficult to close (and open). - The toilet roll holder was loose and therefore dysfunctional. - Knives were a bit dull (could be sharpened). - The water in the toilet was sometimes constantly running. - The holder for the shower head was loose. - Air conditioning was strange; the fan was constantly active even when set on automatic.

Pool area looks nice.

No wifi, no elevator, no electricity, used condoms lying around, dirty common areas, dirty room, dirty fridge. When reported several times through Whatsapp and Booking chat nothing was done although it was promised. This company should be ashamed to receive paying customers, it’s a disgrace.

Excellent stay, would recommend!

We had a great stay at Lime home! The location is great, walking distance to a local Lidl so we could buy our own food. Good public transport links around. The property itself was modern and had all appliances available to cook in. Beds were comfortable, they were clean and shower was always strong and hot. WiFi was great and smart TV available for those nights you want to chill in the flat.

The pool was smaller than we expected so we didn’t use it but we didn’t need it anyway as we were always busy.

Looks good but has many short coming

The Code was emailed to you at 3pm, on check in day

The Kitchen was not clean, I had to clean the Microwave, before I used it as it had food on the plate, the Bread board was the same I had to soak it as the food was stuck to it, and the scissors had been covered in food also. The previous person had just left them covered in fat and food and returned them to the knife block. The Fire alarm going off at 6am and standing outside for Over 1 Hour in my PJs waiting for someone to turn up and turn the alarm off. The bathroom room had no heater, and was cold, only 1 hook for your towels, which were very nice big towels. No info on the Heating system or instruction on how to use the dish washer

L’appartement était propre, conforme aux photos, bien équipé. Le lit était confortable. Il y avait à disposition du café et du thé ce qui est une bonne attention. L’emplacement est bon , 15mn a pied du quartier central. Le rapport qualité prix est excellent Je recommande et reviendrai si l’occasion se presente !

Prima locatie, je wandelt zo de stad in. Prima ruimte voor 4 personen. Zeker als je veel op pad bent.

De slaapbank kraakte enorm. Nu lagen onze kinderen erop, maar als je er als volwassene op moet liggen, dan is het misschien minder comfortabel. Wij ontbeten alleen in het appartement, maar als je ook zou dineren, dan kwam je wel bestek en servies te kort. Toen we de inlogcode kregen, bleek het appartement niet schoon te zijn gemaakt. Dit werd wel gelijk opgelost (ik had gemaild).

Zugang zum Zimmer war bequem und einfach. Zimmer hatte einen Kühlschrank.

Der Zustand des Zimmers war nicht mehr zu benutzen. Der Boden komplett zerstört, vermutlich nach einem Wasserschaden. Die Lüftung im Bad hing aus der Decke. Dusche ist beim Duschen ausgelaufen. Ich weiß nicht wie die anderen Zimmer waren aber meins war im Erdgeschoss direkt gerade aus nach dem Huapteingang das muss renoviert werden.

Appartamento bellissimo con arredamento moderno. Pulizia eccellente e posizione perfetta per visitare la città. Camera dotata di biancheria da letto e asciugamani...inoltre stanza fornita di frigo, lavastoviglie (comprese di pastiglie), macchina del caffè (comprese 4 capsule), bollitore (comprese 4 buste per the), TV, connessione wi-fi, phon. Unica "nota negativa" non funzionava la luce all' interno dell'ascensore

It was so clean, big enough and has everything you need for a short stay. Also, the location is good, close to bus station and 5 minutes walk away from old city centre.

Le personnel est parfait le lieu sympa.la piscine pas très top car trop de monde et l'eau est sale même si beaucoup de javel .

Le bordel fait par les groupes de jeunes qui hurlent toutes les nuits dans couloirs qui claques les portes aucun respect. J'ai était obligé de sortir de demander du calme qui a duré une heure .vraiment dommage que c'est groupe gavhe autant ce lieu.

В указанное время заселения код не был предоставлен, пришлось обращаться в поддержку через WhatsApp, но к чести код предоставили в течении 10 минут. Ужасное состояние номера. Полы испорчены и по ним опасно ходить. Шторы в номере были оборваны частично. Дверь в душ была сломана и ей невозможно было пользоваться. Так же в душе отсутствовало разделение и при приеме душа вся ванна заполнялась водой. Общение с поддержкой закончилось ничем, не было предложено замены номера, даже за доплату и не предложили какие-то варианты решения проблем в номере.

Recomendable !! Buena ubicación !!

La ubicación está bien , porque llegas andando al centro , aunque no es una zona comercial solo residencial , y a pesar de ser temp. Alta conseguíamos sitio para parquear fácil , el apto estaba limpio y acondicionado con lo necesario , tanto el check in como el check out son sencillos y automatizados!! Y el edificio tiene vigilancia que nos pareció un plus muy bueno !!

Tiene piscina en la terraza pero es muy pequeña así que si había más gente te podías meter pero espacio para nadar poco , y en nuestro baño se salía el agua de la ducha todo el rato y creemos era porque la puerta no cerraba del todo bien y se filtraba por debajo , pero aparte de eso todo bien !!

Bonito como en las fotos, pero ruidos nocturnos de extranjeros hebrios

Llegar y encontrarme con la habitación fresquita fue un detalle excepcional, además fue muy agradable tener el sofá cama preparado y toda la ropa de cama y toallas impecables de limpias y preparación para todos.

No me gustó el ruido que se escuchaba en la madrugada fuera del apartamento porque eran jóvenes extranjeros bebiendo fuera en las mesas (zonas comunes), daba sensación de inseguridad, sería bueno que en las noches hubiera algo de control o seguridad en la comunidad y así las familias puedan descansar bien con los niños.

Tutto, il codice unico per entrare, la piscina sul tetto una bella chicca, l'appartamento era bello anche se un po' piccolo per quattro. Fantastico il parcheggio interno per le bici, un plus mai visto prima.

Manca un parcheggio convenzionato, ma non è stato problematico trovare posto in zona.
