The location, design and comfort of the hotel is just top notch, but what really makes this hotel stand apart is the enthusiasm and professionalism of their staff, especially Diego who immediately ushered us to a welcome drink when we arrived, introduced the city sights and the best paella on the map, helped us reschedule our lunch appointment and helped with our luggage, taxis etc. I wished we could have stayed longer. We will definitely be back when we are in Valencia again.

Finally made it to the ancient city of #Valencia 🇪🇸—and I’m loving it! It really gives you that holiday vibe: blue skies, sea breeze all day, not too crowded, super chill.
I rarely talk about hotel rooms, but this one’s worth recommending 👍. It’s a converted historic building, and the best part? Whether I’m showering, sleeping 😴, or waking up—I get a full-on ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ view. Just watch your head though, the sloped ceiling is a bit tricky!
Also, first time using #Lalique bath and skincare products—felt like I turned back time 🤏.

Great location in the old town, away from the very busy parts, but with some good local cafes, restaurants and bars. Very efficient and friendly staff.
