Great location. The city center is within walking distance, yet situated in a quiet street, on the first floor. There’s a café and a supermarket on the ground floor, and a bus stop is around the corner. The check-in process is very professional, using an app for entry. The apartment is well-equipped, clean, the wifi works well.

The bed is very uncomfortable. The mattress is too soft and slopes to the middle. We were provided with only a single sheet to use as a blanket for two people. There is no power outlet at the kitchen counter, making it difficult to use the kettle. I missed having a dish drying rack; I only found it upon departure, hidden under the sink behind the trash can. They don't really read Booking.com messages; I received no response to the questions I asked prior to arrival. A €100 security deposit is required. We did not get any info how it works at the time of booking so I would like to share our experiences here: a link was sent the day before arrival, allowing us to arrange the payment through our bank. This amount is temporarily blocked and the unblock process is automatic.

Nice clean and quiet apartment in old part of Valencia next to Turia park. There is a large supermarket next to it and bus stop, opposite is a cute little bakery, and few taps bars. We enjoyed the apartment and would be back.

C'est un appartement, il n'y a aucun service de dejeuner.

Il n'y a pas de machine a cafe: c'etait plutot une bouilloire a cafe, ce qui est bien different. Le grille-pain ne fonctionne pas vraiement bien, il doit etre remplace.
