Ubicación excelente

La ubicación es muy buena. A 150 metros hay un centro comercial muy grande con muchas tiendas y restauración. Las camas son muy cómodas y estaba muy limpio. Metro muy cerca. La persona que nos atendió fue un encanto.

Tiene algún problema en el edificio con las fosas porque huele muy fuerte en todo el apartamento.

Buen equilibrio entre calidad-precio y buena ubicación

La ubicación es perfecta. La cama es cómoda. Las sábanas estaban limpias. Me gustó que hubiera cafetera y una cocina equipada. También fue muy útil que el armario tuviera colchas extra, cojines y perchas.

El hervidor de agua para hacer té no funcionaba. Encontrar el papel higiénico fue algo difícil. El plato de ducha tenía pelos. Y en general el baño olía a desagüe. Algunos enchufes no funcionaban. Los cojines de decoración de la cama principal olían raro.

Decepcionante, no recomendable!

La ubicación. Silencioso. Las camas eran cómodas.

Para empezar, piso MUY SUCIO, con un olor a tubería súper desagradable. No había gel lavavajillas para fregar los platos. Es un segundo sin ascensor con instalaciones antiguas. Y para acabar, el proceso de entrega de llaves fue un tanto incómodo y complicado.

La ubicación muy céntrica

Primer piso sin ascensor. La habitación pequeña no tenía aire acondicionado. Cuando te duchabas se salía el agua de la ducha porque no había cortina. Olía bastante a tuberías. La habitación principal muy grande, las otras dos pequeñas y sin armarios. Solo 4 sillas en el comedor, y una rota.

Recomand cu drag. Daniel, un tânăr foarte de treaba, originar din Piatra Neamț, ne-a așteptat în apropierea apartamentului si ne-a condus. Super amabil, l-am intrebat de unde putem cumpara apa plata la o oră târzie și in doua minute ne-a adus 6 sticle. Un raport calitate pret bun

Gute Lage, ruhig, sauber, alles vorhanden was man braucht, zentrale Lage

Die Lage ist relativ zentral zur Altstadt und Turia. Es sind 3 Schlafzimmer (1 Doppelbett, 2 Einzelbetten gegenüber, 1 Einzelbett größer), Küche (soweit ich gesehen habe ohne Spülmaschine aber Waschmaschine vorhanden ), Wohnzimmer, Bad (Dusche WC). Wohnung ist über Stufen im 1.OG erreichbar. Die Einrichtung ist wenig und zweckmäßig, reichte uns aber, Küche nicht benutzt. Das Doppelzimmer und das mit einem Bett ist recht dunkel da nur superkleines Fenster vorhanden, störte uns nicht. Die Lage ist ruhig. Dani hat die Wohnung sauber geputzt und für uns war alles Nötige da. Betten waren auch ok und die Decken waren gut. Würden es wieder buchen.

Handtücher würde ich mir mehr wünschen, im Bad kein Handtuch und über Waschbecken fehlen Birnen. Kein Luxus aber alles da was man braucht daher alles ok.

Mejorable. No está mal por el precio, pero se podrían mejorar algunas cosas.

Estaba todo muy limpio y la ubicación.

Los colchones eran de calidad regular, sobre todo la cama de matrimonio. El sofá cama sonaba muchísimo. Salía mal olor de las tuberías. Se escuchaba mucho el ruido de los coches que pasaban por la calle.

Globalement bien mais quelques petits axes d’améliorations

La communication est à améliorer. Nous avons été obligé de téléphoner le matin pour obtenir l’adresse exacte. L’appartement était conforme à l’annonce, spacieux, bien rénové et proche d’une station de métro. Le ménage sous le lit n’avait pas été fait. Nous y avons très bien dormi.
