Good apartment however could have left few coffee pods to use.

Location great. Very near city centre.

Very poor sound insulation in apartment. Noisy children running around upstairs and every noise could be heard in apartment.

The manager or owner is really helpful. We locked ourselves out in the middle of the night and he came to help. He was so nice. Be careful not to leave the key in the lock on the inside of the door. There was also a 24hr number that we could call and they were really helpful. The apartment is beautiful and the beds were really comfortable. Great location beside the park.

Noise travels easily around the apartment. The doors are a little thin. One room is beside the kitchen and has sliding doors that allow sound to pass. I could see that might be an issue for some people but we were fine.

Beautiful building, great location to Jardin del Turia and El Carmen.

Very beautiful building and lots of balconies. Back bedroom was very quiet from street noise.

The beds, while new, were very uncomfortable. Some broken door handles and the sliding door for the master bedroom didn’t move/close so that would have been a problem if we were splitting the apartment with others. They need to replace their cookware, it was missing basics and didn’t make sense, especially for the price. Because the floor is tile, you can hear everything your upstairs neighbor is doing. In particular the dragging of the dining room chairs was very loud. Adding little felt feet to the chairs would make it quieter.

Faltaba jabón en la duchas, faltaban tazas y vasos , vecinos ruidoso . Anuncian terraza en la casa pero es de toda la comunidad, acceso limitado. Demasiados trámites para confirmar estancia.piden datos sensibles. Solo un sofá pequeño para 6 pax

Die Lage war sehr gut, die Wohnung war geräumig

Die Klimaanlage hat nur in einem Raum funktioniert.....es gab keine Möglichkeit, nasse Wäsche /Handtücher zu trocknen, die Armaturen waren sehr filigran, die Kücheneinrichtung sehr sparsam (kein Salz, Pfeffer, Öl, Essig, Tee, Kaffee...)
