Good location close to the old town, tram stop and GoCityLockers for luggage storage. Consum supermarket was next door - very handy. Apartment was clean, well equipped and had good air con.

I got the sense from the tools and organization that this is a company that is/was well run and organized, professional and used to serving international guests. The flat was well renovated, offering a rare second bathroom option, and the rooms were ample with comfortable and large beds. They retained the historic tile floors which was a highlight of the apartment. The kitchen was modern and the AC worked well.

Communication was problematic, from lack of proactiveness, mistakes or errors, letting pending issues die off rather than resolve them, etc. This started happening from the start after my reservation. Like I wrote, it appears to be well designed to run smoothly and professionally, but a system can only be as good as those running it. It was the sore point of the stay. Also, the lack of caring that I was there for 30 days and not having thought things out like providing enough toilet paper or changes of linens at some point during the long stay. It sure would be nice if the kitchen would have some staples like salt and pepper, sugar, olive oil, vinegar etc. These are things guests always seem to have to purchase no matter how long their stay or do without. Also, could have had more cooking utensils, sharp cutting knives, etc.

The property was fantastic!! The rooms are spacious enough and clean. Easy access to the property plus super fast support. Location was great!!

Only issue the mattress was a bit uncomfortable.

Loved location near Turia Park and old city along with nearby stores, restaurants, etc. Lots of fun with neighborhood activities during La Fallas. Rooftop better than expected. Overall good place to stay and nice help from staff when needed. Great wifi!

Mosquitoes were annoying, even after we quit opening the windows. Kitchen sink faucet loose. We noticed a slight foul odor on occasion in apartment and stairwell. Fridge froze food no matter the setting. The living room and kitchen table communal areas aren't particularly comfortable for more than a few people.
