Nice space!

The apartment is comfortable and clean, with easy access, it’s about a 15 min walk to shops and restaurants. Responses from them are prompt and enthusiastically resolved!

We accidentally booked the one apartment without a parking which was a problem but luckily we were allowed to park in one of the other parkings.

Within walking distance to the old town, lovely patio area, walk in shower facilities!

Only issue I had was understanding the Digital Key entry issue…..I didn’t know such a facility existed! I printed out the entry instructions but hadn’t opened the link to the ‘digital key’ explanation. Was resolved but do make sure you understand instructions.

Nice Staying in La Saidia, Valencia

Apartment was almost new, very cozy and well located, 18 minutes from city centre! The only thing missing was a microwave and extra pans! We really enjoyed our staying! Quiet, comfortable beds, very well designed! Close to supermarkets, bakeries and convenience stores! Pablo, who received us was kind and very supportive!

Spacious, well-equipped, and great location

Great stay! The apartment is ideal for 4 people, two bedrooms with comfortable beds, so no one had to sleep on a sofa. Two bathrooms were a big plus. We loved the terrace and enjoyed breakfast there. The apartment has everything you need, in a nice area next to a small park, just 10 min walk from the center. We felt safe and comfortable. Communication with the hosts was excellent. Would definitely stay here again!

Uitstekend!

Het appartement is heel stijlvol ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Goede bedden, een fijne badkamer, uitgeruste keuken etc. Locatie bevindt zich op nog geen tien minuutjes lopen naar het oude centrum via de prachtige stadspoort.

Superbe appartement, confortable et bien situé, avec pas mal d'espace

Appartement très propre, grand et bien aménagé. L'accès aux 3 portes d'entrées, bâtiment, sas, logement, se fait avec une clé numérique qui peut dérouter la première fois, surtout si la porte d'entrée accroche un peu, mais on prend vite l'habitude. Le logement était très propre, bien meublé. Les lits sont confortables et chacune des 2 chambres dispose d'une grand salle de bain/wc confortable. La cuisine est complète avec des appareils neufs ou récents, quelques ingrédients présents, sel, poivre, huile, vinaigre, sucre, thé, café facilitent l'arrivée. Seul petit défaut, les couverts sont en petit nombre, souvent seulement 4, vu la qualité de l'appartement un service 12 pièces serait idéal, y compris pour les verres et assiettes, cela ne nous obligerait pas à les laver à chaque utilisation. La code Wifi est aimanté sur le réfrigérateur, je ne l'avais pas vu j'ai du scanné la box dans le coffret de l'entrée. Grande terrasse extérieures abritée, surement très sympa mais nous n'en avons pas pu l'utiliser avec le froid en hiver. Clim chauffage très efficace, pas besoin de dépasser les 19° en hiver sinon il fait trop chaud. Grand écran TV dans le salon avec les accès Netflix et autres. La communication avec les hôtes se fait via WhatsApp et pas par la messagerie Booking qui reste sans réponse. L'accès au centre ville ancien est très rapide, à moins de 10mn à pieds du pont et des tours Dels Serrans. Le quartier dispose de plusieurs petits supermarchés juste après l'appartement, quelques cafés, le tout est pratique. Nous y sommes restés 6 nuits, bel appartement, Super séjour.

Pas assez de couverts. Paternes d'une salle de bain qui se décollent du mur lorsqu'on y accroche une serviette. La baie coulissante du séjour ne se sécurisait pas, ou alors nous n'avons pas compris le mécanisme de fermeture, mais il y a des grilles sur la terrasse qui sécurisent. Sinon tout était très bien et confortable, je recommande fortement ce logement.

Ottimo appartamento ritornerei volentieri!

Appartamento comodo, pulito e perfetto per 4 persone. Inoltre dispone di un terrazzino. Dista circa 15/20 minuti dal centro a piedi.

L’unica pecca all’arrivo non ha funzionato subito la chiave digitale e abbiamo atteso un po’ all’esterno.

Podría haber sido un 10 pero le faltaban detalles como alguna manta para el sillón ó mas cubertería (eramos cuatro y sólo había tres tenedores). El resbalón de la puerta de entrada se atascó varias veces. Por lo demás bien.

Très bon séjour dans cet appartement, proche de la porte du chateau et de la ville

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Valence, l'appartement est très spacieux, fidèle à la description. Il y a une place de parking fermée, ce qui est très pratique. Tout était propre. Il faut faire environ 15 minutes à pieds pour arriver à la porte du chateau. Il y a un parc juste devant l'immeuble, très pratique pour y passer du temps. Le contact était très facile, par whatsapp. Je n'ai rien à reprocher à cet établissement.

Un aspirateur pourrait être pratique pour donner un coup durant notre séjour.

Ubicación buena.

Las camas podrían mejorar. Una de las patas se soltó y otra estaba medio suelta. El sifón del fregadero estaba atascado por lo que se salía el agua. Eche de menos un ser humano, algo así como un@ recepcionista, a quien poder preguntar dudas, sin tener que utilizar el móvil.

En luftig og praktisk leilighet med god beliggenhet.

Deilig leilighet for 2 voksene og 2 «voksene» ungdommer. Rolig område, vedsiden av en koselig liten park. Deilig veranda som var hyggelig og overbygget så vi slapp å sitte i solsteika å spise frokost. Bad tilhørende hvert soverom. Romslig. Rent.

Manglet håndkle og bestikk til alle. Kun 1 badehåndkle og 4 håndduker. 3 gafler og skjeer. 4 vannglass. Litt irriterende, når vi skulle være der i 6 dager, så sa derfor ifra første dag. Men da lurte de bare på om vi var helt sikre på at vi manglet dette, for leiligheten var ny. Så hørte vi ikke mere fra de… Dette hadde jo vært enkelt å løse for de istedenfor at vi måtte kjøpe oss håndkle og vaske bestikk og glass under måltidet.
