Location is a 10/10 – perfectly situated in the beautiful old town and within walking distance of everything, while still being wonderfully quiet. The apartment has everything you need, and the kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials. It is beautifully decorated and feels truly like a home away from home. The host/owner is lovely and made everything easy for us.
Despite thoroughly enjoying our stay, there was one small downside. The mattress was a bit too firm for our liking and wasn't particularly comfortable. It was perfectly fine for the first few nights, but after staying for 10 nights, it started to become uncomfortable. If the mattress were updated, the apartment would be close to perfect.

Excellent location in a quiet square in the middle of Valencia's busy Old Town. Easy to access and close to both the fantastic Turia Park and the main landmarks such as the Cathedral, the City Hall etc. Very clean and welcoming house. The complimentary wine and cookies were much appreciated. The host, Nektar was available via Whatsapp and very helpful.
You access the 2nd floor house through a narrow staircase, that can be hard to navigate with small children and heavy suitcases. The bedroom opens towards a small inner courtyard, not suitable for people with claustrophobia. The bathroom drains and inner courtyard had a bit of a smell, but it was successfully masked with perfumed sticks.
