Tutto perfetto. Dalle comunicazioni iniziali, all'app per accedere alla struttura. Appartamento in una posizione fantastica. Aria condizionata super anche nelle giornate caldissime trovate. Supermercato a 15mt, noleggio bici a 200mt, pizza kebab o pasta per le bambine in ogni angolo...e il Mercat Central a 400mt. Davvero una struttura perfetta per un viaggio in famiglia, con due bambine di 6 e 9 anni. Consigliatissimo
Unico dettaglio..lo scarico condensa dell'aria condizionata era su latte di plastica nella loggia, quindi bisognava tenerli d'occhio per svuotarli. Ma d'altra parte la casa ha i suoi anni. Ci sta!

Położenie idealne - w starym centrum, zaledwie kilka kroków spacerem do największych atrakcji (zabytki, kawiarnie, restauracje itp.). Blisko kilka sklepów spożywczych (najbliższy raptem kilkanaście metrów obok). Apartament dość przetronny, dobrze zaopatrzona kuchnia, wygodne łóżka. W budynku winda.
W apartamencie widać upływ czasu. Łazienka ze starą wanną. Przydałby się generalny remont. Ważne - do apartamentu nie ma kluczy, wejście tylko przez aplikację w smartfonie (konieczność siągnięcia i instalacji). Nie było informacji o tym fakcie na Booking. Ponadto właściciel zażadał zdjęć dowodów osobistych w trakcie instalacji aplikacji. Hałas dochodzący nocą z ulicy (apartament ma w sypialni pojedyncze okna, więc każdy hałas jest wyraźnie słyszalny).

Sehr gute Lage, sehr zentral, man ist fußläufig sehr schnell in der Altstadt
die Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig, da man mitten in der Stadt ist, ist auch abends noch lange auf den Straßen was los, das hört man auch in der Wohnung
