Great for exploring the old town.

Very comfortable bed. Very clean and a great location for the old town, but quiet outside the property.

Insecure balcony door, which was reported and not fixed. The toilet being situated in the bedroom, although it is a cubicle, there is space above and below the door, so not very private ! Having to take your rubbish when you check out, but there being no communal bin to put it in.

A nice apartment, just a few steps from Central Market

We had quite a comfortable stay in the apartment. The location was central and convenient, easy to find, just a few steps from Central Market. Opening the doors was by using codes, so you don't have to carry keys all the time with you. Everything was working in the apartment, I recommend it !

the location is great and kitchen is well equipped

It was pretty dirty, bathroom, kitchen appliances and plates as well. There was just one duvet (blanket) and there was 3 of us so it wasn't enough. Not enough toilet paper and they dont come to clean or supplement the apartment.

A perfect apartment in gorgeous Valencia!

We were in the penthouse - a beautiful apartment that you could dream of living in! Perfect location, a stones throw from the market which was so welcome for buying fresh food that morning. The interior is classy and both the balcony off the downstairs (living room/kitchen), and terrace off the master bedroom upstairs so brilliant. We were initially hesitant about booking based on previous reviews reporting sewer smells, but we did not experience this at all. We also had a small welcome pack of x2 bin bags (in addition to the one already in the bin), a small tube of washing up liquid, a cloth and a sponge showing that the owners have taken on board previous feedback. You will still need to come armed with cooking oil, seasoning etc. but having read the reviews we did so. There is a lift in the building which helped with getting our bags up and down (we otherwise went for the stairs as exercise) and check-in was seamless (clear instructions sent). All communication was staff was exceptional! All round a perfect stay, thank you and highly recommended!

If I had to be really picky, the pillows were hard - we adjusted to this over the stay, but struggled the first couple of nights

The building entrance is easy, modern, bright, the lift works. The apartment is modern and well equipped. Everything worked and the 3 coffee pods were welcome. Emilia, our friendly host quickly sent a technician to improve the central heating.

The bedroom in the apartment that we had is a bit too small for the normal size,(comfortable) double bed. So it’s not possible to move around freely in the bedroom. The sliding door to the adjoining bathroom did not close properly but that may have been fixed now. The bathroom is fine, towels, duvets etc.all good.

Very modern, comfortable and clean apartment. air conditioning in both living room and bedroom. Sofa bed was made up for us and very comfortable. Walking distance to Valencia town. Great contactless check in.

To provide a bit more body wash, shampoo, and toilet paper. Also would be a nice touch to provide some laundry detergent to wash clothes.

Overall a frustrating experience.

It is a brand-new, very clean, well-equipped apartment. Excellent location.

We had huge trouble to contact the hosts (professional management) during all hours of day and many days. We called the local number provided (from Greece and Spain) and all we got back were taped messages stating Sorry, call later..We needed an extra bed sheet and softer pillows but we could not ask for them since nobody answered the phone. Most importantly, we did not get the apartment of 65 square meters that we reserved and paid for (200 euros a night), but a much smaller. And guess, what? We'll never find out what happened since robots and taped messages cannot explain how we ended up with a much smaller apartment.

We've got a free upgrade and the communication with the staff was really good. The flat was really spacious and directly in the city centre.

Sadly, there was no hairdryer, and in the flat we stayed at, there was only a bathtub with no shower curtain, which made showering a bit difficult.

It has far exceeded our expectations.

The property was excellent , it is right in the city center and you have some of the main attractions at just 3 min walk. The bedroom is small but this didn’t bother us as most of the time you can spend in the dining room which is pretty nice with a cozy couch and a big smart tv . The kitchen is well equipped, it has everything that you can need.

The only minus that I can mention is that you have the bathroom right in front of bedroom and it has a sliding door which it doesn’t close very well.

Beautiful spacious apartment with great beds that is very centrally located. It is well equipped if need to cook of wash clothes.

The downstairs bathroom is inside the bedroom and doesn't have a door or even a devider, makes it a bit unpleasant.

There was strange bad smell coming from the sanitary appliances, that was also mentioned by other tourists. We used to leave the door open during the day but the situation was uncomfortable especially in the evening, in the first floor bedroom (we had the 2 bedroom apartment), which had no door for bathroom.

Location, amenities, cosy, quietly. Really nice apartment.We was at the 3th floor and it was very sunny. Beat regards to the host Romi, thanks a lot for your hospitality.

For us everything was perfect, but just to know if you are more than two , the bathroom and the toilet is in the bedroom.

Superb

Really nice apartment. Slept 6 people comfortably - 2 were on the sofa bed in the common area but it was very comfortable. Towels and bedding were provided, and the apartment was equipped with everything we needed to cook. The best feature of the apartment is the roof terrace, with a gorgeous wooden table that sat us all with plenty of room. There's also a small balcony on the lower level that gets a lot of direct sun and sits 2 people. Really nice, comfortable stay right in the city centre, next to the mercado central. Quiet at all times, we had no noise disturbance from surrounding apartments.

The inside table was small and didn't fit 6 of us around it which was a bit difficult when it rained and we couldn't use the terrace. The upstairs bathroom door didn't close, and the bathroom in the bedroom downstairs wasn't private at all, which is a bit awkward if you're a group sharing bathrooms. Also not enough toilet paper provided for 6 people.

The accomodation, the bathroom.... The bathroom overflowed when taking a shower. The shuttle service was't working.. They didn't offered a refund of our taxi or offered us anything else The pillows were bad. You could break a window with them.
