The space, location and facilities. Easy to access on arrival and our apartment was available earlier than the check in time which was a nice surprise. Staff were very attentive when messaging. We requested an extra soft pillow and it was delivered within 10 mins. Luggage area for storage before our flight home was very helpful.
Our only negative comment was the noise, which is a shame as apart from this it was perfect.
Due to the style of the property and the entrance area you could hear every movement and conversation when people were coming home throughout the night.

Central, clean, spacious
Nothing, apart from one group in the building who talked very loudly during quiet hours late into the night but that’s not the fault of the accommodation.

Location was excellent and very good communication from the hosts.
We stayed in a ground floor apartment and we were awoken every night of our stay by noise from the communal area within the building. There is no soundproofing in the room and had we known this prior to booking we would have stayed elsewhere. The room also lacks any natural light.
