Great Apartment and would definitely recommend!

Great location and easy to access, codes were sent before we arrived to gain access to front door and lock box to get into apartment. We were on the 2nd floor but there was a lift. It was very clean and spacious and it seemed a very safe area with 2 young children. Supermarket stones throw away. 5 minute walk to Mercat Central. Easy enough walk from Xativa metro stop after coming from the airport.

Noise at night (inc early hours) is very loud, thin walls/windows. Light sleepers bring ear plugs. Beds/pillows not very comfy but for a few days were fine.

Perfect location and beautiful accommodation!

The apartment was lovely. It was clean and comfortable and ideally situated. We've loved staying in this accommodation and would definitely recommend it and stay there again if we were to visit Valencia in the future.

Perfect stay right in the middle of the city.

The location is excellent, right downtown, a 10 min walk from the subway station from the airport. Also the luggage room was nice as check out was pretty early and we had the flight back home in the evening.

I would expect to have coffee for all 4 person checked in.

Location was great and the apartment itself was really nice & spacious! Really well equipped kitchen & every was very clean!

The lock on the door didn’t work. Is the safe was out of order which wasn’t ideal. A little noisy at night but that’s not the property’s fault. The bed & pillows were very hard though aware that everyone has a difference preference so could be perfect for someone else!

Lovely sized apartment close to most areas.

Very easy to get into the property with the keypad for main door and lockbox for keys. Apartment was extremely spacious and enjoyed having a little balcony outside. Short walk to Valencia Market and City Centre

Water geyser constantly soundly like it was humming, similar to a washing machine, and the shower was temperamental with it's temperature. Could do with some softer pillows as well but for one night, it was manageable.

Nice apartment, good location. Old town has lots to do and the apartment is clean and big and has lots of facilities.

It was a lovely place with with anough space for us to sleep and hangout.

Nearly everything was great. The place was spacious, clean and staff were friendly. It has all the kitchen supplies that were needed to cook a meal. It was well thoguth out of how to make the stay comforable.

There was some noise at night from neighbours. It was hard to tell where exatly it came from

Highly recommend the Palomar appartments!

Top location 📍and a good appartment for a big family or group of 8 persons. We received amazing support online, the reception team was always online and they made perfectly their job 🫶. Appartment was very clean (special thanks for housekeeping staff), kichen was well equipped. Reception was so kind to book the taxi for us to airport and all 3 cars were waiting for our group on time. 😍

Something not depending from Palomar staff but from the rest tourists which are too noisy starting from doors/windows opening to the kids games... I would suggest to add some clothes dryer on small balcony or in rooms.

Noisy neighbours made for an uncomfortable stay

Location was excellent and very good communication from the hosts.

We stayed in a ground floor apartment and we were awoken every night of our stay by noise from the communal area within the building. There is no soundproofing in the room and had we known this prior to booking we would have stayed elsewhere. The room also lacks any natural light.

Home in Valencia

Comfortable bed, spacious apartment. Used free laundry machines. Found some lovely cafes and restaurants close by. Easy to walk to the city centre.

No English TV. I worked out I could sign in to Google TV - perhaps this could be a suggestion for other non Spanish speakers.

Good location. spacious for long weekend.

the apartment was very clean. Easy access & smooth communicatio. bathroom: good shower, good towels. Kitchen foreseen with all basics for breakfast & small cooking, top fridge & dishwasher. Plenty of storage for clothes. important: free storage for lugguage on arrival & departure. plus if you rent bikes, you can store them inside. Overall little noise, surely for the various units in the building.

Mattress of 2 single beds are rather (very) hard, but the other (double) is fine. The double mattress is too small for us (max 140cm width)

Easy check-in, comfortable spacious apartment in a quiet central location.. facilities as described, and the air-conditioning on the 2 floors was much needed. Laundry facilities was a bonus, and the prompt responses to queries was greatly appreciated

Didn't expect much but was very pleasantly surprised

Excellent location, beautiful apartment building, very well maintained. Loved the contactless checking in and out even when property managers were just a call away. The elevator was a welcoming added bonus since I travelled with an elderly person.

The living room needs a couple more chairs to enjoy sitting there. The microwave seems outated and didn't work properly (needed over 5 minutes to heat a single cup of milk every time).

Excellent holiday overall

Excellent communication from booking to arriving at the accommodation from the team. Apartments lovely and clean but one apartment had an unpleasant smell from the bathroom/drain half way through a 7 day booking. However, this was rectified when the apartments were cleaned the next day. Yes, there was at times noise to be heard outside at night but this is to be expected as city it is a popular holiday destination and people stay out at night to enjoy the bar’s in the warm weather. Excellent base for easy access to the main attractions 15 minutes walk with plenty of restaurants bars available with the vicinity. We took a tourist bus for 2 days to enable to us hop on & off at the other attractions such as the bio park, aquarium and beach. But it also gave us the opportunity to get our bearings as to where everything is. Or you can just get lost as most things are walkable but I would say for those who are fit. ( walk to bio park 40/60 minute walk) As a family ranging from 18th months to 58yrs we had a fabulous break and the apartments had everything that we required.

The smell from one of the apartments but this was rectified the next day when cleaned.

A perfect city break....

A fabulous apartment right in the heart of Valencia - plenty of cafes, restaurants and shops. A cool place to stay , and a short jaunt to Mercat Central and the Cathedral and the fabulous architecture of Valencia. Highly recommend.

Great value for your money

The location is great, quick walk to everything. We had a two bedroom one bath unit and it was spacious and well stocked. The linen isn't the most luxurious, it's moderate and functional. The check in is super easy, will stay again.

The bedding is a little cheap.
