Good location, clean

Great location and easy to access, codes were sent before we arrived to gain access to front door and lock box to get into apartment. We were on the 2nd floor but there was a lift. It was very clean and spacious and it seemed a very safe area with 2 young children. Supermarket stones throw away. 5 minute walk to Mercat Central. Easy enough walk from Xativa metro stop after coming from the airport.
Noise at night (inc early hours) is very loud, thin walls/windows. Light sleepers bring ear plugs. Beds/pillows not very comfy but for a few days were fine.

Location is excellent apartment is spotlessly clean with a well equipped kitchen.
The apartment was a good size not cramped.
Good communication with host and we found the luggage storage area very handy.
I booked it for a birthday treat and to impress my friend and it certainly did.

Location was excellent and very good communication from the hosts.
We stayed in a ground floor apartment and we were awoken every night of our stay by noise from the communal area within the building. There is no soundproofing in the room and had we known this prior to booking we would have stayed elsewhere. The room also lacks any natural light.
