BET Apartments - Tramontana Apartments

We spent 28 days here. The location is much better than expected, there is virtually no noise from the street, the sound isolation is perfect, especially in the bedroom. There is SOME noise from the other flats, but nothing bad and depends on the neighbours. The facility and the flat itself is looking a bit used. Some missing and cracked pieces here and there, but overall it is in a very good condition. The kitchen is well equipped, there are 2 (quite good quality) pans and multiple cookware. The bed is quite good too, a bit hard mattress, but nice. Depending on the length of your stay they change the bedsheets and towels. For us, towel change was every 4 days, it was a bit too often and they changed sheets 2 times, once we weren't home, so they just did it for us. There is a mobile garbage station which is dropped off and picked up every day in front of the building. (Around 17:00-22:00) If you have trash, you can bring it down at that timeframe. The city center is reachable within minutes by foot and you can pick up food from multiple great places. The staff is very very responsive on the phone and even on chat too and they want to help. Since we reserved for a longer time, it had a quite nice price during peak season too.

The elevator had issues, the repair took usually 1-2 days. Nothing serious, but annoying a bit. Plus as I mentioned the flat has some smaller issues, you can see it is in use. (2 floorboards separated a bit, the bathroom window is wood, which is not a smart idea in a bathroom and the paint started to peel a bit) It was clean and I think you can't expect a fully new flat anyway. It was in much better condition than I expected. One suggestion, bring an extension cord. There are some connectors, but not much or they are in use already.

Excellent location in the heart of the Old Town. The tram stop is only a 5-minute walk away, and the ride to the beach takes about 15 minutes. The windows face the inner courtyard, so the apartment was very quiet. Even with the windows open, it was only noisy a couple of times, and never later than around 1 a.m., due to celebrations during the FIFA World Cup. The apartment has air conditioning, which is a huge advantage during the summer. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes both a dishwasher and a washing machine, which is especially convenient for longer stays. Fresh towels were provided every four days, and the bed linen was changed once a week. They also provided small amounts of detergent for both the washing machine and the dishwasher. We were allowed to check in a few hours earlier than scheduled, which we really appreciated. The property also offers luggage storage before check-in and after check-out, which is a huge plus.

The mattress was worn out and had a noticeable dip in the middle, making it uncomfortable to sleep on. One of the bedrooms is an interior room with a window facing a light well, so it receives almost no natural daylight and stays dark throughout the day. Although the apartment has air conditioning, it cools the rooms unevenly. Some rooms become comfortable, while others remain noticeably warmer.

Location is good and the flat was clean. the location is quiet. There is a coffee machine.

The flat is basic, only functional to make it livable for a couple of days and there is nothing charming. Everything is more or less in plastic, the ceiling of the bathroom is partially damaged. The sofa bed is so uncomfortable and the fridge is next to it. Impossible to sleep. In addition there was a sewer smell in the flat. They responded it was everywhere in the city. The communications with the company is so confusing with too many messages sent by email before arrival, and the final message was: we had to rate them with 9 or plus!
